Summary: Really nice house and location! We would have liked to had tvs in all of the bedrooms instead of just the master bedroom. A larger tv would be nicer in the family room. Porches were great for sitting outside to enjoy the pleasant October weather. Steps into the house were steep, but manageable. Management company was really quick to respond and resolve any issues we had during our stay.

Summary: The property was very nice and as I mentioned, clean and organized. Overall I would start by saying I would definitely rent this home again. To make it even that much more appealing, I would like to make the following suggestions. The TVs are impossible to use. No instructions and prior tenants have loaded their personal login’s which I won’t do. Just basic networks were unavailable. The toaster in the kitchen is a fire hazard. The only way to ensure that it’s not on is to unplug it so please replace it for your own safety and insurance. After traveling by plane, renting a car and ultimately getting to this location, the last thing I really wanted to do was go out and have to buy trash bags for kitchen cans, toilet paper, Kleenex and essentials that you don’t normally travel with. Only one of the bathrooms actually had a tiny bar of soap and some shampoo samples. Having to buy kitchen towels instead of providing just seems cheap. I brought from home and there were actually 2 in the kitchen. Like they say, it’s all in the details and some attention to the little things would make your rental even better. Thank you
