Negative: I reserved a room for two queen beds and a pull out couch for a family of 5. I was told at check in my room was “out of stock” and they could give me a king bed with a pull out couch and I could “try” and upgrade my room the next day to the one I reserved. I tried to get the right room the next day and was unavailable still until after like 4 at that time I had a lot going on and didn’t have time to check again so one of my parties no one was gonna share a bed with went and got their own room. Also had to pay $36 a day to park at the hotel you stay in. Breakfast staff was rude the one day out of 3 I went to. Bed sheets had blood stains on it.

Positive: I am hardly ever someone that complains or points out little issues, but for the amount of money that we paid we expected more from this hotel. We drive 3 1/2 hours on these trips to Atlanta because my wife has to keep coming up here to prepare for a liver transplant at Piedmont. So, it is really close to the hospital which was going to make things a lot easier. Well, it was late by the time we got there and was hoping to get to the room and get settled in and have a great night's rest, but instead we couldn't get the room to a comfortable temple and after turning it the thermostat all the way to 65 the room stayed at 74-86 degrees and we were all 3 hot... My son slept on the sofa bed and for the money we paid we expected much better than the very old, worn out, dirty and dingy twin mattress that was in there so he couldn't hardly sleep at all... None of us did... There was no linens or blanket for the pullout bed in the room at all and had to go to the front desk to get them. The "supposedly" everything that was said to be in the kitchen was not so... No forks to eat our food with and not even one pot or pan that should be provided in a room with a kitchen and as advertised. On line it said that valet parking was available for 50 dollars a day and of course a tip expected as well, but there was the option for regular parking with what would appear to be basic parking for free and said nothing about a charge for that so, with the many expenses we have and are facing $50 was a lot to begin with and was talked into valet parking because if we chose regular parking it would cost 6 dollars an hour to park and reassured is that valet parking would be our cheapest option. We live paycheck to paycheck and did not expect this and felt we were mislead. So, will we ever stay at this hotel again? Absolutely not! Do better staybridge. People pay a lot of money to stay there and expect more.
Negative: I stated in above question because I didn't realize it was going to be a what we liked question and then what we didn't like thing. I'm not retyping it all again.
