Positive: The location was excellent, easy walking to all of the Inner Harbor sights and activities. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, in all areas. Our king room was well appointed, the full kitchen was wonderful, and the areas outside the room were kept clean. The included breakfast was always good, fresh, hot coffee, very friendly attendant, spacious area. Desk staff and valet were also friendly, very professional, helpful, and informative!

Positive: Location is close to everything. Room was very spacious.
Negative: Our air wouldn’t stay on. We called twice and nobody came to fix it. You can also hear everything in the hall and the next rooms. Staff is a little abrasive if you have questions.

Positive: The hotel staff were very nice and the breakfast was good. The rooms are a good size for a family of four. The room was clean.
Negative: The price of the hotel for 2 nights was pricey and having to pay for valet parking plus the hotel stay in a lot. The parking should be included. Some cable channels were not working so I missed the missed NBA playoff games. The beds were uncomfortable especially if you have back issues.

Positive: Great place to stay. We were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary. The staff here was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and we had a good view of the harbor from it. Everything was in walking distance from the hotel, the only bad thing was that we didn't have the best weather when we were there but that wasn't the hotel's fault. We were able to get discount tickets to the Aquarium at the hotel, we just had to ask the desk clerk to sign us in to the computer to do it. The continental breakfast was what you usually get and it was good, except for the juice. For some reason the juice dispenser didn't serve the juice cold, and the orange juice was awful. We are actually staying there again later this summer and taking our grandson.

Negative: Old run down . Room needed paint and. Repair . First floor room was so noisy from street noise and light from street I could not sleep at all.
Summary: It was expensive at 275 a night for a noisy not very comfortable sleep. I would not book again

Positive: Staff were VERY helpful, and polite including front desk, valet and security. Security guard and my son enjoyed conversation as the guard helped my son find a place to get a late night burger after the Blake Shelton concert. Room was comfortable & clean. Breakfast buffet was awesome; eggs, meat, waffles, variety of breads and cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, potatoes, and drinks. Our room was very quiet despite being on the ground floor and the street outside the window. Hotel is close enough to Inner Harbor for people who enjoy walking.
Negative: Room 117, the toilet paper roll is poorly placed making it difficult to reach.
