Positive: Everything is as nice as it looks in the photos. The keys are easy to find and the host is very helpful and welcoming. I did not find there to be too much noise from the street as some reviews suggest

Positive: The location is very close to two main metro stations Cavour and Museo which facilitated all our moves around. There is a store in front of the apartment that is really a nice guy whose products are of reasonable prices. The apartment is very clean. There was a nice coffee machine with good coffee packets. Also there is a very delicious pizzeria and carponara pasta restaurant with 3 mins walk named (antico Borgo Ai vergini pizzeria).
Negative: The apartment location requires walking through the rocky streets upward which is very hard if you have large bags, but this is the case of most of Naples. We were staying in the apartment for 7 days and later in another city which means we had so much clothes but there wasn't enough space to put them as there wasn't a wardrobe but instead 6 hangers in an outside hanger. The only available wardrobe was locked for the owner personal use. Also the pillows were very light and when we asked for another one they weren't available.

Positive: Good location, close to shops, restaurants and transport links. Lovely pastries left in the room as welcome gifts
Negative: Little cold as I got in late and windows were left open. Bit noisy (most of central Naples is to be fair)

Negative: It's a bit of a garage... If you just use the apartment for sleeping, its very nice. But if you want to enjoy views... There is only a little window in the kitchen, with a view on the parking space

Positive: Spacca Napoli and Museo Archeologico Nazionale was within walking distance. The owner’s reaction was very good. He listened carefully to the troubles. The room was well cleaned. The mattress was a little soft, but bed was wide and felt good. The feather comforter was comfortable to sleep in. Towels and linen were clean. Thank you for listening to my request.
Negative: I could open the upper half of the entrance door, but I had to close it for safety because the room was on the ground floor. The natural light outside didn’t come in. So I felt a little cramped. There were some immigrants in the area. I felt a little uneasy. It’s a kitchenette ,so there were few kitchen utensils. The laundry was not dry without sunlight. I’m unsatisfied that Wi-Fi was not connected for two or three days.
