Summary: Worked well for our 2month stay , only real draw back next year need place with ocean view , need step stool to reach higher selves & microwave , & a couple new skillets , otherwise Navarre Beach was quiet and alway felt safe .

Summary: The property is showing signs of age. Windows have rotting around the sill, rugs look dirty as well as the carpet. Bedroom furniture does not have a beach feel Table on the patio was broken. We had to call the property managers 2 times. Once for a stopped up drain in the bathtub and another for a malfunction of the keyless entry. Both of these items were taken care of quickly. As prices increase, expectations of the property increase as well. From a customer...remember it's the details that make a difference. Sugar Beach is a great place to stay and hope to see some updating to keep great customers returning.

Summary: Overall a good place to stay. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and close to restaurants. Our unit F27 was not beachfront but it was a short walk. Only thing I could even think of to make the stay better would be a rug as you walk in to help with sand.

Summary: Place is not as updated or as clean as other condos we have stayed at in the same complex. Not enough towels or wash clothes for each of our family of five. We had to go out and buy loofahs and use our beach towels for the shower.
