All common areas of the property including pool, decks and dock are for exclusive use of the guests during your stay with complete privacy. This beautiful waterfront property has expansive open water views of the serene Saint Joseph Sound and top rated Caladesi and Honeymoon islands. The wildlife views from the decks create a unique one of a kind vacation experience. From this home kayaking ,windsurfing, paddle boarding and fishing are amazing and the sunsets are mesmerizing! You can enjoy the waterside pool, outside bar and boat dock. The pool is heated. Summary: Six of us stayed at this very nice property as we were attending a nearby wedding. The views across St Joseph Sound were beautiful! Plenty of room to hang out in the large living room or on the back porch overlooking the Sound. The kitchen was nicely equipped, including both a Keurig and a drip coffeemaker. Lots of games, fishing gear, and even a cast net to catch bait! The pool was heated and clean. Our host, Larry, lives on site, but we really never noticed him. There were two occasions when we needed assistance and he responded immediately. Very friendly guy! Publix grocery is one mile away, and Walmart is 8 minutes by car. Plenty of parking in the large driveway. The elevator was a great help to our 89-yr-old mother, and also very handy to get luggage, etc up to the main living area. We highly recommend this property!

Summary: Everything was very clean. Check in/out was super easy. Lots of space to hang out inside and outside… but when you’re there you will want to be outside the whole time! We had breakfast every morning on the upper balcony over looking the water & hung out in and around the pool which also over looks the water. The water view is gorgeous! We even saw 2 dolphins! Definitely recommend this place!

Summary: A+ We had a fantastic time, from check in to check out, The Home was the perfect place with pool and ocean front view, the sunsets were amazing. Our kids had such a great time kayaking, fishing and jumping off the dock, we also saw Dolphins swimming near by. Larry was very accommodating and was readily available to answer any questions wonderful hospitality. We will definitely be back!

Summary: We rented this home to gather our family to celebrate our Mom's 80th birthday and it was perfect for guests of all ages. The teens found spots to play board games and lounge together while the adults enjoyed kayaking and relax with the beautiful views. The pool was perfect for all. The kitchen was well-appointed even for a party. And there were plenty of pillows and blankets, comfortable beds and extra areas to lounge both inside and outside. Larry was the host with the most, with easy communication and check-in/out. We all hated for our time to end and look forward to booking this home again.

Summary: The place was awesome overall! My family had a great time swimming, fishing, and even getting to see dolphins swim right up to the seawall a couple times. The sunsets were also amazing each night. Some things around the house show their age and heavy usage, but the location more than made up for that for us.

Summary: Beautiful home, décor definitely could use updating! We enjoyed the views and pool very much. We also went out to the Dunedin Causeway and Honeymoon Island that was amazing all on its own! We also visited the Thirsty Marlin for dinner, A++. Great location! Quite neighborhood. Owner and Dogs where on site in attached apartment. Definitely worth the money! All of our family loved it!
