Negative: Wifi was slow when available. Usually not available. Our booking said it included superfast wifi. At 2pm on the day of our arrival we got a message from the host saying we could have access to an adjoining small room with bunk beds (in addition to/instead of the sofa bed) for 30 euro extra. We said ok after when we saw the message at 6pm, but it was too late to get access anymore. I wish this offer would have been communicated to us earlier, because it was a good price and our children prefer bunk beds to a sofa bed. From the house to the centre of Stockholm by foot and public transport takes about 45 minutes. But this place would be more expensive if it was closer to the centre I guess So no points lost there. I would give this place 7,5. But I had to choose between 7 (good) and 8 (very good). With good wifi, I would have given an 8.

Positive: Proximity to nature trials and the lake, Outside of the hustle and bustle of the city but not too far for access. Access to the local shopping centre and some great restaurants
Negative: The kitchen is a great addition but a bit small for the appliances provided/ Extending the bench space would be a great addition. Our boys struggled to get onto the top bunk with the step provided. A ladder or additional step would be helpful.
Summary: Great stay with the snow really adding to the whole natural environment

Positive: Excellent host, caring, supportive. Perfect location at the outskirt of the national reserve and with convenient quick transportation to the city center, optionally using city ferries. Very clean appartment, with everything you need and a shop available nearby. The option to use sauna and jacuzzi makes the stay an exceptional experience.
