Summary: Stayed for a long weekend and wish it was for a week. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Definitely recommend and will be back!!

Summary: We had a group of 12 adults stay at this property and it was perfect for us. There were more than enough beds in comfortable arrangements. Note that the air conditioning units are only on the top floor (2 in the large living space and 1 in each bedroom). Those who slept in the downstairs rooms said they were fine at night though. The living spaces were great for hanging out. The Smart TV had all the apps we needed. Unfortunately, we could not use the ping-pong table downstairs because the bracket to hold up the net was nowhere to be found. The outdoor space was beautiful and Bia had set up a treasure hunt for us. There isn't a big stretch of flat lawn if you are looking for that though. We saw some deer and foxes which was awesome! Bia was extremely pleasant to communicate with and she offered early check-in and late check-out if needed. The only issue with this was that the check-in information wasn't provided automatically, but Bia responded so quickly that it was no big deal. We contacted Alex for a nearby hiking trail and swimming hole and enjoyed those two activities. Some things would have made our lives easier in the kitchen. The house only had 2 pans and no reasonable size pots for cooking. There wasn't a single cutting board, so it was very difficult for us to prep and cook efficiently. The dishwasher only worked on the heavy setting. We had to buy refills of toilet paper.
