NEW 2022 PICNIC PAVILION WITH FIREPLACE!!! STAY TWO NIGHTS GET THIRD FREE WI TER SPECIAL! This lovely completely renovated vacation home is within walking distance to the entrance of the Seven Points Recreation Area of Raystown Lake. It features a large eat-in kitchen for your family or friends to cook in, an open floor plan, comfy couch and chairs, a three season porch to relax on, outdoor space to enjoy, and it has been decorated with lots of unusual tasteful antiques and lovely eclectic decor. Comes furnished with linens and towels. The light and bright kitchen with granite counters is fully stocked. Just bring your swim suit, and bicycles to use at Seven Points/Allegrippis Trails, or go for a leisurely hike on the many trails in this area. For those rainy days, there is Direct TV service and WiFi available (WIFI can be spotty at times due to the rural nature of the area and is not guaranteed to be available.) Boat parking available.

Summary: The location & views were great. The house was adorably decorated, clean, and comfortable. The outdoor fireplace and patio was pretty nice & very peaceful. Plenty of kitchen supplies stocked except paper towels. Bathrooms were stocked with towels and tp but no washcloths. Basement shuffleboard table was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: Best spot ever. Almost want to keep this to myself, but it is deserved! Zero complaints although we did run out of propane for the grill. We apologize for not leaving the tip we intended. Hope they will have us back next year for more mtn biking!

Summary: The property is perfect for a week or weekend at the lake. House is located very close to marina which makes it easy for boating. The house is super cute and very clean. The pavilion with large fireplace and grill is perfect for relaxing after a day on the lake. Will definitely return!

Summary: We stayed for two weeks, and the place was as charming, inviting, and comfortable on the last day as it was the first. There is nice privacy, and plenty of room, inside and out. The modern appointments, beautiful remodeling, and classy interior decorating all complement one another to make the total package. If we had the money and could persuade the owner, it would be ours.

Summary: Our family decided to stay here rather than going to the beach and we’re not disappointed. 7 points beach was very nice and my son and I enjoyed fishing and mountain biking. House is a few hundred yards from bakers hollow road with super easy access to Allegrippis trails. Riding there and back is simple. Also very close to vee cee trail and skills park although I’d recommend getting a ride back if you’re not into climbing the big hill back after riding. Not a problem for us as my wife just made quick 3 minute drive to pick us up when were done riding. Pavilion is beautiful for hanging out and grilling. House was beautifully decorated and had everything you need. AC worked great too. We will most likely rent this property again next year and couldn’t recommend it more

Summary: The house is perfect spot to stay close to the Allegrippis mountain biking trails. It is a close drive to Bakers Hollow Road parking or Seven Point Rd and and visitor center parking.
