Enjoy nearly 2 wooded acres with abundant parking for multiple vehicles and boats. Spend outdoor time on two spacious decks, along with the outdoor tiki hut and fire pit. This cozy gem is fully furnished with all new furniture, decor, and linens. Includes 4 Smart TV’s and high speed internet. 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Sleeps up to 9 guests. Kayaks also available for rent. This home is in prime location! You will be within walking distance (0.3miles) to the awesome Backwoods Smoke Shack barbecue restaurant and Seven Points Bait & Grocery. This store will have all your grocery, bait, and camping needs. This is also a very popular spot in the area for their hand dipped ice cream.

Summary: I almost didn't want to leave this review because I didn't want to share this absolutely PERFECT place with anyone else! This was our first time booking a different place for our annual fall family trip, but our regular cabin being booked was a blessing in disguise. Thus place was not only beautiful, but super clean, warm/welcoming, and already felt like a "home away from home" for us. Communication was phenomenal and I just absolutely loved everything about it. It was super close to the lake, to great food, and close enough to a Walmart in case we were in need of anything. Honestly though, we will not book our fall trip anywhere else!!

Summary: Hosts, Rhonda and Ryan are terrific. Very responsive to our needs and excellent responsiveness. The property is beautiful and exceeded our expectations. Private, yet easily accessible. Very near Raystown Lake and Seven Points Marina. Home was beautifully decorated with "Lake Theme" throughout. Very clean with quality furnishings. This was RELAXATION that is rarely experienced. We would highly recommend this property to anyone desiring a relaxing, recharge, refreshing get away. Again, the Hosts are AWESOME!!! We plan to return.
