Positive: The artwork, books, furniture / it all reflected thoughtful owners. We appreciated it. The sheets were cotton. The bed and fold out couch were comfortable.
Negative: The directions for opening the door were wrong. We had to call for help. Which we got. And we missed having written instructions for accessing Internet, turning on the TV. The lovely woman who came to help us navigate the door told us how and that we could use an app to get all this info. We still wished it was written down for us. The directions for finding light switches were very hard to find. Need a good reading lamp in the living room.
Summary: We liked it! But because of the location we didn’t go out at night! No streetlights

Positive: Super quiet location and very peaceful.
Negative: I had trouble figuring out how to turn on the lights when I arrived because I arrived late at night. Once I used my flashlight phone I found the small framed notes explaining where they were located. There were two trash cans in the kitchen, and I was not sure if one was for recycle. The road to the cottage was very bumpy and full of potholes.

Positive: It had a cute kitchen. Location close to Langley and Freeland.
Negative: The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The surroundings were messy and need a landscaping makeover to make it more cozy and cute.
Summary: Not worth the price of the rental. I wouldn’t refer friends to this location.

Negative: There was no hot water in the bathroom sink. I had to run the hot water in the shower to wash my face.

Negative: All of the SMS links provided to me containing information for the trip were broken. Difficult to get needed information besides scrolling through many text messages.

Positive: The property was great, would love to visit again in Spring or summer when everything is blooming. The property could use a few updates but nothing major, a keurig coffee maker would be nice and blinds on the windows and doors would be great for a little more privacy. We had a minor electrical issue during our visit but it was taken care of immediately. We enjoyed our visit and would definitely stay there again.
Negative: Needs a few updates, blinds, keurig coffee maker and maybe new flooring in bedroom

Negative: There were three different TV controllers without any instruction, so we were not able to navigate the enormous number of channels available. A bit more instructions about what the remotes control would be helpful to facilitate media access.
