Positive: The apartment is great, excellent location and newly renovated. The host is very kind and efficient. The place is 5 minutes walking from Times Square. The place is very clean, everything worked well and it is a perfect place to stay while visiting NYC. We highly recommend it and hope to return there soon. A true jewel in the middle of midtown.

Positive: The location was great for walking,buses,subway,local shopping. The studio/apartment had EVERYTHING from ear buds,slow cooker to the best spice cupboard...There was a fully functioning gym in the basement and a open roof terrace with views of the city
Negative: Not much,tbh. Difficult to fault. Just small/minor issues. The German guide book didn't help,lol. The elevator from the 6th floor didn't work,with a sign on it,all the time i was there...

Positive: Firstly the apartment: It's clean, full of all amenities, have access to gym, super markets are around, metro is 5 mins walk - and you name a thing for use in the flat and you'll find it in the apartment there, literally. Then about the host: A kind, considerate, and very open minded person. You won't get to see him much except for when he hands you the key and answers your questions, if you have any. Thereafter, you can contact him on whatsApp / texts and he will respond asap to help. So, all in all 10/10 for the host too.

Positive: Everything was perfect. The location, the equipment, the bathroom, the kitchen. The A line at 5 min from the flat. It was really quiet and safe. You can shop at the supermarket just in front of the building.
