Summary: We had the bottom level of the house and it was perfect for my husband an myself. It was conviently located in a very quiet neighborhood and a great bargain for the area. Marvin was super nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

Summary: Because we just wanted a place to sleep and keep our stuff,, this was great. If you are looking for a place to just sleep, close to Estes downtown or RMNP and no frills, this place was great. Large for a studio. Beautiful view. Not for the luxury seekers.
