Positive: The property was very modern, recently done up, incredibly clean, and provided all the necessities for a short stay. I was able to check in and out without interacting with the hosts, but did say hello to them during my stay as they live next to the property, and they were very friendly. Clean towels and bedding were provided along with several extra items such as tea/coffee and fruit. Washing up liquid is included in the property allowing me to keep my mess contained. All in all a wonderful property that I will gladly stay at again.

Lovely homely accomodation with parking and a outside seating area . Easy to find and gain access with good communication with the owners . Will definately stay again .

Positive: What a superb place to stay to get a super relaxing nights sleep.. a very quiet location, with private entrance and private off road parking.. I needed a place to sleep well, before racing at the Outlaw Triathlon, and this property ticked all the boxes.. it is literally a 5 min drive to the Holme Pierrepoint Water Sports Centre.. It had absolutely everything you could need inside and was impecabbly clean.. with plenty cushions, pillows, throw overs on the bed, for an excellent nights sleep. . there was even coffee/tea/milk breakfast snacks, fruit and little surprises left for me on arrival.. which is always a nice touch.. The owners were super accommodating with me, allowing for a later check out, to save me rushing back from racing - which really was appreciated. This place really is very well equipped, beautifully furnished, and superbly thought out. I would highly recommend this little gem.. and I will most certainly be returning next year for the whole weekend this time.. Thank you so much once again :)
