Positive: It’s a very chill, nice and secluded place to stay. We like it for the amenities in the flat including the large table space.

Negative: The sofa bed could do with being replaced.

Positive: It is a very quiet location but with easy access to public transport (the tram is 5 minutes away) with allocated parking. The key pick up system works well-the video helps to find it! The apartment is well equipped, clean and comfortable with a nice view out from the balcony. I was travelling for work alone but 4 people would not be cramped for a few days.

Negative: nothing.

Positive: The apartment is in a lovely quiet location. Relatively centrally located. Easy parking. Overlooks a lovely green. A short walk to tram into City centre. Local shops including Co-op, Lidl, Aldi and Greggs all within walking distance or a short drive away. Comfortable safe facilities. Easy communication with owners.

Negative: Apartment did not appear to have been prepared very well prior to our visit. Would have been nice to have at least minimal cleaning materials, tea/coffee and toiletries available at the apartment until we were able to get to shops. Kitchen, including cooker, microwave, fridge was not clean, by anyone's standard. To be fair once we had observed the lack of cleanliness we contacted the owners and they responded within 5 or 10 minutes. They apologised and offered to send out their cleaners to rectify the next day, but by then I had purchased cleaning materials and spent an hour cleaning it myself to my satisfaction and I didn't want my work undone. Not a great start to our short break.

Positive: Convenient location close to trams, nice area, dedicated parking spot

Negative: Main bathroom toilet not working, no hairdryer, place not cleaned properly when we arrived (floors not swept/vacuumed, greasy marks on surfaces, crumbs in freezer drawer, dishes and cutlery had to be washed again), constant banging noises from heating system (bearable but slightly annoying). Property managers very responsive and called out cleaner and plumber next day but with 4pm check in there should have been sufficient time to clean place & discover / fix problems before we arrived. Disappointing that we had to report problems and then have people come out and fix problems during our stay.

Summary: Nice area and convenient location but disappointing due to issues listed.
