This riverside studio cottage provides the perfect Florida getaway or staycation! The cottage offers a great sized fenced in yard and a full size kitchen. You will have access to a shared dock on the water and a sitting area with sunrise views of the Indian River accompanied by many dolphin and manatees sightings!

Summary: Cottage is like a shanty beach place but very clean. The fenced in area was perfect for our pups. All was well!

Summary: Older home. Clean, and had all we needed. Our old blind dog seemed very comfortable. Ashley the property manager was very helpful. Fishing off the dock was great.

Summary: The cottage is attached to another one behind it, the front patio faces another patio of a different cottage. It's kinda cute old slightly run down property, but with that said it was a great staycation! We wanted to go to the dock to watch the rocket go off, but the dock is torn up and sea wall damaged from our last storm, so that was a bit of a bummer for us because I had a romantic picnic planned for us on the dock. The train tracks are close and loud, I had no idea when I booked, how close the train and busy road was. The driveway is torn up badly, so best for high clearance vehicles. However, with all the issues and things that need to be fixed, it was still great for a couple's getaway. You can walk 5 minutes to Bonefish Willy's, eat delicious food and have a few drinks and walk back. It was nice to not be in a hotel and have a small semi-private space. We personally can deal with the issues stated above as long as it is clean, we kinda like the little dive places, sometimes they have more character and quirks. So, we had fun, enjoyed our time away from the kids and had a great mini staycation!!

Summary: Host is welcoming and accommodating if you need anything. Place was perfect weekend oasis for me and puppers. Very quiet. Very relaxing. Short drive to conveniences like restaurants, gas, grocery. Would stay again!

Summary: Cute little river cottage with access to the river with kayaks and a paddle board (worked too much - didn't get to use- but, appreciated nonetheless)- hosts were very sweet and hospitable.

Summary: It was peaceful, quiet and on the water for those that like to fish. The kitchen was well equipped with what you needed to cook. Management was there if you needed them, but they respectfully left the guests alone to enjoy their visit. I thank them for a great visit.

Summary: we stayed for 4th of July weekend and it was lovely. the property was quiet and right on the Indian River. the room/bungalow was very clean and comfortable. it was a perfect size for 2 people and having a small kitchen was very convenient. I was worried that the small AC window unit wouldn't keep the room cold enough in the middle of summer but it did just fine. there were two cats on the property that were very friendly (added bonus!). having the dock access was great and the fishing off the dock was successful and fun! the only thing that this place didn't have that most rentals would have is bath toiletries (like soap and shampoo). there was hand soap. it wasn't a big deal, just bring your own! one recommendation would be to bring an extra towel for the front door because it got sandy quickly and there wasn't a mat (other than the bathroom.) we had a small request on the first day and the host responded and satisfied the request in less than 10 minutes! wow! most places can take a half a day to respond! we will definitely be back
