Positive: Location excellent if you have a car and parking available. 15-20 min walk to the centre. Nice garden and outdoor area. Host Patrick welcoming and friendly.
Negative: No windows so no fresh air. A steel shutter to keep the room a little cooler makes it extremely dark. And hot. Had to keep fan going all night. Very small space, such a small kitchen that plates and cutlery are kept in the bathroom! I had an old, worn hard towel. Once the bed is down there is no room for the table and chairs or suitcases which we pushed into a cupboard.

Positive: Beautiful backyard to sit in. Fantastic, and walkable location (assuming you can walk inclines). Can park off the road on tree lawn in front of property. The owner is very pleasant and responds to your emails promptly. Unit is tight but clean and comfortable. Has small appliances and a mini frig. Would be happy to return! I. A great location in Amboise.
Negative: Not for those expecting a roomy hotel room or needing larger space. Was fine for our purposes.

Positive: Amboise is the perfect place to visit the Loira region, and Les Tilleuls is in a great position, very easy to access by car. Patrick is a wonderful host, nice and helpful.
Negative: Nothing. Everything was very good.
