Positive: Spotlessly clean, stylish, great location in the canal district, in a peaceful courtyard but close to tonnes of restaurants and transport options. Fabio was a great host, he responded within moments to anything I needed. Note Fabio offers two sleeping options…I chose the sofa bed rather than the bed up a ladder, I found it very comfy.

Positive: The best part of this accommodation were utensils. Everything a traveler might need was provided: toiletries, food, beverages, towels, fully equipped and functional kitchen, Netflix, etc. The apartment is located near the district with busy night life, but it’s quite and calm around, no issues with sleeping. We were able to go everywhere by foot. There’s also a Carrefour express nearby. The host is an easy-going, helpful person. Our stay was a blast.
Negative: The only thing I would change is the bed in front of tv, it’s getting shabby, would be nice to have something a little bit more comfortable.

Positive: The host Fabio was extremely hospitable and made it our home away from home. We had a lovely stay in a perfect location, no complaints. Strongly recommend Fabio’s place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Milan. It felt like the cherry on top to return to such a warm space that catered to all our needs especially after long days of touring Milan.
Negative: Nothing, would book it again.
Summary: Beautiful space owned by an extremely thoughtful host who goes out of his way to make his guests comfortable, great show

Positive: Perfect. Everything you could possibly need was provided by Fabio who was the perfect host. So welcoming, nothing too much trouble. Probably the best accommodation I’ve had! So well situated for tram, metro and just a short walk from the navigli night life which is wonderful.
