Bright Caribbean mornings are spent sunbathing around the crystal clear swimming pool or lounging in the hammock slung between fruit trees frequented by monkeys. Wonder down to the sandy beach, shared with just 4 other villas and strewn with conch shells, to enjoy a dip in the warm Caribbean waters with stunning views across the sea to St Kitts.
Soak up the sun, enjoy all that Nevis has to offer and then watch colourful sunsets from the sundeck overlooking the ocean. Then return to dine alfresco on the large outdoor table or at the dining table on the veranda overlooking the one acre gardens, designed by an award-winning landscape designer.
Inside, an open veranda invites the views and sounds of the ocean indoors. Sit back in the relaxing interiors of the main sitting room and cook up a fresh meal in the exceptionally well equipped kitchen. There are three outstanding bedroom suites in the house, all with ocean views and crisp bathrooms. Two charming Nevisian cottages set in the gardens feature en suite shower rooms, private verandas, kitchenettes and colonial four-poster beds for the perfect nightโ€™s sleep.

Kitchen: Exceptionally well equipped kitchen includes: Wolf range cooker, microwave, large double fridge/freezer, coffee machine, food processor, dishwasher etc.

Summary: Fabulous!! The screened in veranda/deck, pool and beach access were terrific. Location was outstanding. Interaction with the property management personnel couldnโ€™t have been better. Only suggestion for the property would be to make a grill available. Would highly recommend to anyone interested in staying on Nevis.

Summary: We had the great pleasure of spending 10 days at Pelican Point - a stunning, chill beach house that you'll never want to leave. The wrap around porch is the perfect place to spend your evenings if you're not out at some of the incredible nearby restaurants (Drift, Bananas, Sunshines...), and the pool is absolute perfection. We cannot wait to come back - but next time for longer!

Summary: Our family (me, my wife, our three kids โ‰ค10) had a wonderful 2 weeks at Pelican Point. It's a fantastic place. - The house is really nice. It's stylish and comfortable. Great pool, great view, and a private property. Exceptionally well equipped - especially the kitchen, which has nearly everything, right down to good pots, a high end stove/oven, and grapefruit spoons. We brought books, but almost shouldn't have - soooo many good ones to read on the shelves there. Good linens, comfy pillows. - Very well located in Nevis. On its own little quite private beach (shared with maybe 3 other houses), and close to several other good more popular beaches. Also not too far from stores and restaurants (which we mostly took a taxi to). - Helpful, friendly, and competent owners/property manager/ staff. Everyone we dealt with from Pelican Point was great. They were responsive and helpful before our trip, and we felt like we got good service while we were there. It's really a great place. We would happily return.

Summary: This property is one in a million. Beautiful interior design with an unparalleled view of the sea and St. Kitts. The furniture, furnishings, and decor are super high-end, but give a feel of very casual elegance. The veranda and pool make you never want to leave.

Summary: beautiful property, a gardener's delight , great view of the sea & St Kitts from the screened back porch. plenty of room to spread out, accommodations lacked for nothing ( pool floats would have been nice!). well-appointed kitchen for cooking with some staples there & able to order groceries in advance. needed water shoes to safely get into the sea with # of shells and rocks & dark sand. outdoor showers needed cleaning out, otherwise place was cleaned in & out every day or other day. several nearby restaurants and all very good with varied pricing.

Summary: The house was everything we hoped for! It has amazing views, clean, and stocked with anything you may need. We enjoyed everything about the stay! Amelia was amazing and so helpful! We had a seafood buffet at the house with Chevy the chef and he also was amazing helping us get around the island! Couldnโ€™t say anything negative about our stay!

Summary: I highly recommend this property in Nevis. The property is situated on the very best part of the island with easy access to both Nevis and St. Kitts (by nearby water taxi). The property and home are beautiful and the pool and beach are better than advertised, as are the views from the screened in veranda. Amelia (property manager) was very warm and welcoming to us from the moment we reached Nevis. She helped us with all of our arrangements (water taxis, rental cars) and gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and sites to visit during our stay. The property has a main house and two bungalows and is perfect for a large family or multiple couples. It is easy to get around Nevis with either a rental car or by taxi. The Nevisians we met are wonderful people; very friendly. If you are planning a vacation in the West Indies, you will not find a better location or home. We hope to return there again.
