Positive: The bedroom and en-suite bathroom were truly wonderful and spacious. The mini fridge, stocked with snacks and drinks, was a delightful amenity. A wide variety of teas, including fruit and breakfast blends, along with coffees and fresh milk – a rarity indeed – were provided. The radio, robes, and slippers were also appreciated. The location was excellent, with the train station and bus stop just a short two-minute walk away. Most importantly, our hosts were the best, offering a warm welcome and going above and beyond, such as Brian arranging our travel to the O2, which saved us considerable effort. We certainly hope to return if they will have us, as we jokingly mentioned that we never wanted to leave.

Positive: Brian and Sue, are amazing hosts, super friendly and with a beautiful dog which we will not forget :) Amazing room with all the facilities we needed: a bath, a little fridge with cold drinks and fans that were much appreciated with the weather, and much more! Also good privacy as we had the whole upper floor for ourselves, and a bathroom accessible directly from our bedroom, where everything one could need (or forget on your trip) was provided. Everything was also very clean and tidy, and overall there was really nothing to complain about. If we are ever back in London, there's no doubt we'll go here again :)

Positive: We wanted somewhere to rest our head at the end of long days exploring. Picked this accomodation as close to London city but not in the centre. 25 minute train journey to London bridge from train station at the end of the street. Met all our needs, it was spotlessly clean and perfectly presented. Our host was super helpful and surprised us with complementary biscuits, cans of pop and bottled water, all lovely and cool in a mini fridge. Couldn't fault the en-suite bathroom. All in all, a very pleasant stay and cannot recommend highly enough.

Positive: I could do my own breakfast or I could spend it with the owners who would make me a cup of tea or coffee and even cook breakfast. A visit to Eltham Palace was refreshing and the history unbelievable.

Positive: Perfect property located near Mottingham station. Comfortable bed and beautiful en-suite with a bath. Everything was clean and very well thought out with complimentary items in the fridge. The hosts were amazing and special thanks to Brian who drove us down to the start line for the London marathon. 5* service :)

Positive: Our stay was exceptional and the property was of a very high standard with a lovely spacious bedroom and luxurious bathroom. Our hosts Brian and Sue were very friendly and helpful, nothing was to much trouble. We felt we were really looked after with everything at hand, tea & coffee making, snacks, cold drinks in our own fridge, dressing gowns, and a super comfy bed! We would definitely stay again and recommend it.

Positive: Absolutely fantastic accommodation and parking as well! Stone throw from a train station and good local shops. Access to the property is great, come and go as you please. Most clean and well equipped place we ever stayed at. The bathroom is extremely clean, modern and all soap, shampoo and conditioner supplied as well as towels. The bedroom beautiful, TV with netflix and temperature controls. again very clean. The kitchen/dinner is massive and garden also massive, clean and huge patio area with a barbeque available. Above all the other great things about the property, the owners are so good that it felt like we stayed with family. Oh and I have to mention the lovely dog and cat, they are so cute you want to take them with you (owners too LOL). I recommend this to anyone mature or at least mature in nature wanting a pleasant experience to stay in the area for whatever reason. We will definitely be stopping again.
