Negative: Issues with cleaning not being done meant porperty wasn’t ready for 24 hours with no notice before check in, alternative eventually supplied by property company after numerous phone calls 1 bedroom had the blinds removed so no curtains or blinds in that bedroom window

Positive: Loved the location, accomodation was clean and comfortable. Great lounge area looking on to the garden , big bedrooms which were very comfortable
Negative: The garden could have done with a bit of a clean up

Positive: Location was great, walking distance to al amenities. Rooms were spacious and generally comfortable Kitchen was failry well equipped, although it lacked a large frying pan
Negative: Items such as oven could have been a little cleaner and some water damage kitchen ceiling should be touched up. Also the bathrooms could do with a bit of work - paintwork and sealings round shower etc. Find the benches in the kitchen a little uncomfortable and not quite so suitale for children to sit on. Garden needs a little looking after, cut the grass etc.
Summary: It was a comfortable place to stay for our visit as we were seeing family in Bingham.

Positive: Good location...house comfy and lots of hot water and good warm heating...it felt like a home with plenty of space...Good to be near village amenities..
Negative: Although parking was free it was on a busy street with no dedicated space...as I travelled with family one of whom is a wheelchair user it was not always possible to park outside the property... The seating in kitchen only really seated 4 people comfortably and there were 5 of us...oven only had one shelf and no tray so hard to cook for 5 people at once...
Summary: Enjoyed and would recommend...value for money and good location
