Welcome to Aerie1, located on a hill in the beautiful village of Qualicum Beach and where our carved Wooden Eagle and Bear invite you to take in the expansive ocean views. This bright, finely finished home boasts 1350 sq. ft of comfort including large window where you can take in those spectacular views. This location provides an easy walk to local shops and restaurants and there is parking for up to three vehicles.
Your custom-built kitchen includes four stainless steel appliances and everything you need to create your own snacks and meals and the luxuriously open concept is perfect for entertaining. Of course, you may also choose to barbeque on the spacious deck while drinking in the panoramic landscapes or dine in style indoors complete with fireplace & side bar for service. There is also a large patio just a few steps down from the main deck.
After a long day exploring the quaint village and beaches, you may want to relax in the cozy living room that features a large flatscreen television or you may want to simply sit and enjoy great views from the front windows to take-in the oceans views, Straight of Georgia, Lasqueti Island and the Coastal Mountain Range along with spectacular sunsets, golfers on the green and cruise ships on their way to Alaska.
When you are ready, you will want to retreat to your master bed-suite featuring an elaborate queen sized bed, full en-suite that includes heated floor and walk-in ceramic tiled shower, large closet and 50” smart tv. This room offers you easy access to your private deck and patio leading to a peaceful, three-tiered garden.
The well-appointed second bedroom offers an additional queen bed, flat screen tv and beautiful garden views. There is a main bathroom as well, where you can soak in the ambiance of a deep spa bathtub, step out onto a heated floor, and then wrap yourself with the lush towels we provide for you.
Although we don’t imagine you will want to leave your lovely sanctuary, there is so much to do nearby: downtown Qualicum beach is only a two block walk away (but they do offer free parking); walk by the sea on the sand or boardwalk – and if you want water activities, there are rentals close by and again, there free parking.
For golf enthusiasts, Memorial Golf Course is less than a ten-minute walk, with six other courses in close proximity to the house.

Summary: We had a great time visiting this property. Everything was modern, clean and functional for us. The patio and view was amazing. We knew we wanted a place we could hang out after the little one went to bed and the patio and main living area worked great for us. It was a nice little walk to the beach as well. We will likely be back another year!

Summary: This property is outstanding. It is spacious and clean and has a lovely view over treetops to the ocean and island beyond. Beds are really good and the multiple decks are terrific. Everything one could want is there. Lori was very helpful and great to deal with. We would most happily stay there again. While you're in Qualicum Beach, visit Q Burgers for a great burger (top 5 in Canada!).

Summary: This is a great property, very well appointed and well stocked with everything you could need. Great location, easy walk to downtown and to the ocean. Incredible, beautiful views from the big windows and gorgeous front deck. We were 2 couples traveling together and the property was perfect for us. Lori, the host, was in constant contact to ensure we had everything that we needed. Lots of nice touches, including a lovely bottle of wine on arrival. We were there in early January 2022 and hope to rent this property again in the summer/warmer months. Would definitely recommend!!

Summary: Beautifully decorated home with a view of the Strait of Georgia from the spacious two level patio out front. The home was less than a 10-min walk from “downtown” Qualicum Beach. Our family had a wonderful stay enjoying several home cooked/BBQed meals together on the outdoor patio. Lori was a great host, very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would love to return again in the future.
