Positive: Had a small issue getting the code due to issues with rental site messaging system, but once we got in, everything was wonderful. Perfect sized house for family of four with two younger teenage children (13 and 11). Everyone had space, house was clean and well equipped. Loved the washing machine and close to town to get groceries and food. Highly recommend!
Negative: Only wish that we could have turned off the external lights to make the Northern Lights viweing a little easier.

Positive: The house was great. There was nothing missing. Only the outdoor grill is not well maintained at all.
Negative: What bothered us was that we rarely or almost never received any feedback on our requests from the owner. At the end we also said thank you and goodbye very politely. We also mentioned that the dishwasher was still running, that we had cleaned the floor and left some food in the fridge. We didn't even get any feedback on this. So, it was very impersonal. We had the feeling that the main thing was that our money was the right.

Positive: The house was beautiful and well furnished, with plenty of space for everyone. The hot tub was fabulous and we used it every night. It was clean and bright, and the hosts were helpful when we had questions. It was in a very quiet setting, near to the town. We loved staying here.

Positive: We liked the location and the comfort of the house. We liked having the little extras like the coffee pods.
Negative: It was hard to find as the houses had no numbers. Would like better directions BEFORE we arrive. We had to call while we were driving around the neighborhood

Positive: The house is amazing and just perfect for a family stay. It is well located to visit the Golden Circle/the South of Iceland. The rooms are spacious and clean. The kitchen and bathroom are really well equipped (the only things we didn't manage to find are a coffee machine and a hair dryer). The hot tub had a perfect warm water, which provided relaxation after the long days in the nature. It was also easy to communicate with the owner and received answers promptly to all our questions. Highly recommend the house!

Positive: All good cozy home quiet place and comfortable the location was good and To reach several places, especially waterfalls, the Golden Circle, and the Black Beach and its take almost 10 min to other facilities
Negative: The location that sent by you was not accurate and we did not find any suitable way to communicate with you for clarification. We hope to send the location correct to those who come later aw send small map that clarification the house correctly
