Our private cozy getaway near the beach is a perfect retreat to unwind and relax. It provides a tranquil escape from the noise and chaos of everyday life, allowing you to enjoy the serene beauty of Fripp Island.
Whether you prefer to spend your days lounging in the hammock taking in the spectacular views, sunbathing on the beach, exploring the island on the bicycles, or just sitting in the screened in lanai with a book, our private oasis in the trees can cater to your needs.
As your hosts, we're committed to making sure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. Our home is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for your stay, with amazing views of the saltwater marsh throughout. The house is only a 5 minute golf cart or bike ride to the beach.
The house is also near Hunting Island, Harbor Island, Lady’s Island, Historic downtown Beaufort, and Parris Island.
Sleep restfully in one of the two bedrooms each with queen beds with pillow top mattresses, soft pillows and comforter, and sheets. One room has a dedicated work station. Both have smart tvs ready for you to enjoy all your favorite subscription services.
The cozy bathroom has a newly tiled shower, fresh towels, hair dryer, and starter set of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap).
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, full sized refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, and, Keurig coffee maker. A starter set of coffee pods will be available.
All your basic dining necessities will be provided from plates, bowels, utensils, glasses, and wine glasses. There is also a set of dish ware for children.
The living room has a smart tv, deep sitting couch, spindle chair, and coffee table. Please use the provided coasters.
Downstairs you’ll find two bicycles and all the beach toys from chairs, blanket, umbrella, games, boogie boards, and more.
The full size washer and dryer are also in the pedestal with a starter set of laundry pods for your convenience.
The enclosed lanai with incredible views is perfect for your morning coffee, dining, sipping some wine, and to relax and listen to nature.
Follow the short trail to the back of the house where you’ll find a bench at the edge of the marsh to read your favorite book. Go a little further and you’ll see the relaxing hammock to enjoy to relieve all your stresses.
Please be mindful around the spiral staircase inside the house and the uneven terrain around the property. Children and pets will especially need to be supervised.
For the courtesy and comfort of our future guests if your pup has been in the ocean, on the beach, or happen to explore too far into the marsh please make sure to adequately rinse and dry them off before entering the house. There is an outdoor shower with cold and hot water.
This rental does NOT provide resort amenity cards, which are required to access on-island restaurants, tennis courts, and other resort amenities.
