This expansive 5-bedroom, 6.5-bath retreat in Cabezas, Fajardo, sleeps 14 across five king suites each with an ensuite bath, plus two casitas with kitchenettes and queen sleeper sofas. Enjoy nine flat-screen TVs, high-speed WiFi, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, BBQ grill and seamless indoor/outdoor living spaces.
Start your day with sunrise views on the sun deck, swim in the sparkling pool, then unwind in the spacious living and dining areas. Essentials like washer/dryer, beverage center and linens for 14 make longer stays a breeze.
Just minutes from Las Croabas, you’re close to El Yunque rainforest hikes, bioluminescent bay tours, white-sand beaches and top-rated seafood spots.
Additional housekeeping service is based on availability of our outside vendor resource - there is an additional charge for the service. Please be sure to inquire in advance, if interested. It would need to be confirmed prior to your stay.
Transportation: We think it is best to rent a vehicle during your stay - that will provide you with the most flexibility and opportunity to take in all that Puerto Rico has to offer! However, if you prefer to hire a transportation service - please let us know , there are some better suited for day trips vs dinners out - larger groups vs smaller groups; we have several we will share in our Guidebook you receive once you have made your reservation! Parking: there is parking available for 2 vehicles on the driveway and 2 vehicles on the street. Garage parking is not available.
We also have regular groundskeeping staff that is on site daily to upkeep the Villa exterior and grounds. They may be on site anytime between 8:30am and 5:30pm.

The property is monitored by Noise Aware & Minut as noted in the booking agreement. There are also external surveillance cameras for the yard and driveway for your safety & security. There are no cameras anywhere else on the premises. There is not a hot tub in the pool, it is simply a sitting area in the water. The pool is not heated.
No parties or events are allowed. Quiet Hours must be honored for the enjoyment of all neighboring Villas. No outside DJ's, Bands or Music are allowed. No confetti, silly string or any materials that may be difficult to remove or cause issues for our cleaning staff. Additional cleaning fee may be required.

Summary: This property was better than we could have imagined! A group of 10 of us stayed here over the weekend and it had everything we wanted. The views were spectacular, amenities were perfect. Better than a resort! JB was super helpful all weekend and made check in/check out a breeze. Such a nice guy. We highly recommend staying at any of the PR rental properties, but especially this one! Will definitely be back.

Summary: This was the perfect place for three families with four teens to stay for the week. We were close to El Yunque and the bio bay. We had unmatched views of the ocean, a great pool, and restaurants and the beach were close by.

Summary: Our stay was absolutely amazing. My husband and I were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary. We had 11 people in our group. We had enough room to enjoy each other and still have privacy away from the group. The views are breathtaking. We enjoyed sitting on the patio taking in all the beautiful views while listening to music. The check-in process was the best! JB explained everything we needed to know about the property and gave us tips on restaurants and activities on the island. The house had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Thank you for sharing such as amazing property with us for our special occasion I would definitely recommend this house for your next vacation.

Summary: The property was fantastic for our group of 12 with ample amount of space, spacious bedrooms and each one has a full size bathroom. Great for privacy as well as gathering. We also hired one of the recommended chefs Nivia and she was fantastic!!! Couldn’t have found a better property and the host, JB did a great job communicating and handling issues as they arose.

Summary: Everything was as you would want for a vacation. Great host, great house, great views, great location. The host (JB) met us when we arrived to make sure that we got in and had a great overview of the property and how to operate any appliances, tv's etc. Very friendly and helpful, and not just on arrival. Checked in regularly to see if everything was going well and to ask if we had any questions throughout the trip. Went over and above when we had a flat tire on our rental car. He noticed it on his own while at the property next door, brough over a tire pump, then went with me to the tire shop to get if plugged. The views from the site are spectacular, the rooms were all very spacious an comfortable, the pool was clean and large enough for our group of ten. Appliances were top notch for cooking, ice, laundry, etc. Nothing but great things to say, and highly recommend this property.

Summary: We visited Fajardo for my parent's 50th wedding anniversary. Our group was multigenerational and included all the age ranges, this house was ideal! Everyone had their own comfortable spaces, but there was also perfect spaces for whole group activities. We couldn't have selected a better house and will be dreaming of the view forever. Thank you for everything and we hope we are able to visit again!!
