Summary: The house is fantastically located right on the ocean! Very convenient to popular towns & great restaurants. The only suggestion would be to place luggage stools in the bedrooms. A stunning ocean front property! Would definitely stay here again! An awesome beach also!

Summary: This property was perfect for our family. The location was beautiful and the views were unparalleled. The house had everything you needed plus more. The management company was super responsive and helpful. We would love to come back! If I could give it more than 5 starts I would!

Summary: Our family had a wonderful stay in Wells. The house was exactly as pictured and steps from the ocean. The house was lovely and had ample room for 6 adults and a baby. Kellen, the property manager, went out of his way to help us find qualified, dependable sitters and we so appreciated his help. It was a fabulous 2 weeks and we can't wait to visit again!

Summary: We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. Check in was flawless, the property was spotless and the location directly on the beach was perfect. The property manager recommended making sure to see moonrise and sunrise from the master bedroom. Both were spectacular. Restaurants and shopping close by. Will definitely come back.

Summary: The view, wow!! Watching the sunrise and moonrise from the master bedroom was amazing! We walked the beach, lounged in the comfortable patio furniture, played in the sand, listened to the surf. The home was beautiful, had everything we needed and more for a comfortable stay. Contact with management was great! We’d book again!
