From the moment you walk through the front door you will find yourself surrounded by the warm, inviting textures of the wood beams & walls, gorgeous wood floors, 2 amazing stone fireplaces, hand-forged wrought iron rails and artisan craftsmanship throughout! Lake views from every room along with casually elegant decor and high quality, comfortable furnishings make this property a luxurious getaway! Though once here you may not want to leave, it's conveniently located just 10-15 minutes to shopping, restaurants and about 5 minutes to 3 of the almost 200 wineries in the area.
Perfect for couples, families and friends, this 3300 square foot house has 3 bedrooms, 3 adjoining full bathrooms, and comfortably sleeps 6 maximum. In front of the wood-burning fireplace, around the outdoor fire pit, tucked in a cozy alcove, catching rays out on the lake deck, or sitting around the table on the 30 foot inside porch, there is ample living space indoors and outside to gather and plenty of space for everyone to find their own relaxing spot too. All bedrooms have french doors that open to their own deck area & chairs with cushions; perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee!

• Charming but roomy kitchen is completely outfitted and has a large farm sink, granite counters & under-counter stools for grabbing a quick bite. The butler's pantry; complete with extra fridge, large sink and granite counter-top works perfectly as a wet bar for entertaining!
• Kitchen is stocked with service for 12, both indoor and outdoor dishes, as well as plenty of beverage glasses & coffee mugs. Keurig 2.0 K-Cup coffee maker, Breville toaster oven, microwave are there for you to use. With a 6 burner, stainless steel commercial stove and plenty of pots and pans for if you feel like cooking!
• Large family room has queen size sleeper sofa, new HD 55" SMART TV and "Extraordinaire" gas fireplace. 9 foot french door leads to deck.
* 30 foot inside porch is perched on the lake! It has a a daybed for catching a nap, 2 seating areas for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book and a dining table where you can gather and gaze at the spectacular sunsets over the water as you eat.
• Enormous master bedroom & en suite bath with vaulted ceilings and private deck overlooking the lake.
• The house comes with cable access and 6 LCD TV's (one in each bedroom) and Bose stereos throughout.
• Central AC, Washer Dryer & Dryer , Dishwasher & High Speed Internet Access

Outdoors
• There is also an expansive wrap-around deck: on one side there is a large high-top dining table & 8 chairs as well as comfy seating around a gas fire pit in the 30 x 15 ft area and on the other side there is a 12x15 ft area with more seating.
• Our private beach area has Adirondack chairs and at the end of our 100 foot dock there’s another large seating area to hang out on.
• There are speakers on the decks and all the way out to the dock that you can connect to by WiFi/Bluetooth, so you can enjoy music just about anywhere.
• Flanked only by boat houses on both sides, our 145 feet of lakefront offers wonderful privacy, as well as water access for swimming and water sports!
Note: There are ONLY 3 OUTSIDE security camaras. Located on 2 back corners (Northside and Southside) and one in front. These CAN NOT record Audio in anyway. They are only used for security purposes when there is no one at the house.

Summary: The view of Seneca lake is amazing, the house is stocked with essentials even beach towels, the location of the house is ideal for parks, wineries, breweries and restaurants. The house is literally a step away from the lake, there is space for all! Steve and Melissa are very thoughtful host - having our favorite coffee and creamers! They are super easy to reach if needed. This was our fourth stay and we just can’t get enough! Spectacular! Steve and Melissa thanks again for making our family vacation memorable!

Summary: We loved staying at Steve and Melissa’s beautiful home. It sums it up when your daughter says…”I’m going to be sad to leave here!”. The attention to detail in all aspects of their home was incredible….softs sheets/blankets, well stocked kitchen, blankets for snuggling on the dock, use of the kayaks, puzzles and games for family use, and the best view to just sit back and relax. Steve and Melissa were very attentive and provided us with recommendations for restaurants, wine tasting, hiking and more! Their home is place of relaxation, peace and allows your to enjoy beautiful Seneca Lake. We found our happy place!

Summary: You could not ask for better host than Steve and Melissa. They put a lot of effort into making our stay at their home as good as it could be. Communication with them prior to and during our stay was great. They provided plenty of great recommendations for restaurants, activities, and wineries and breweries to visit in the area. The house sits right on the water and has plenty of outdoor space to enjoy the great views. Inside the house is beautiful as you can see in the pictures. I really liked the live edge wood trim which is everywhere in the house. The home is also stocked with just about anything that you would need for your visit. They provided coffee, tea and even made sure my wife's favorite creamer was in the fridge when we arrived. We would definitely stay at this property again next time we are in the area. Thanks again Steve and Melissa!

Summary: The hosts were fantastic. Super helpful, well-stocked coffee & tea selection, reasonable staples for food prep, and they even made sure fresh milk was in the fridge! The home is well appointed with all the amenities needed for a very relaxing stay. Zero issues, and all 6 of us were thrilled with how well everything worked out. The location is fantastic, near wineries, breweries, and all that Geneva and the Finger Lakes region has to offer. We plan to stay here again next year!

Summary: Great location not far from multiple super nice bike trails near Sampson State Park, Cuyuga-Seneca Canal trail; Keuka Outlet trail and Black Diamond Trails not far. Great hiking at Watkin’s Glen. The house is truly amazing and is as pictured. The kitchen is well-equipped and stocked. Beautiful sunsets on the lake and great kayaking. The owners are super nice and responsive to all queries. It was a lovely place to spend time with family.

Summary: This was our third time and definitely not our last. The house has it all - great bedrooms and bathrooms, a place to work if needed. The outside space is amazing.
