===== ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION =====
Casa di Vignolo used to be the vineyards workers' house. A stone building with unique features inside makes it a real gem from a very authentic medieval village! The stone built veranda outside will make you enjoy the everyday life of this small Tuscan hamlet, with a great choice of good local wines to choose from!
From the entrance your attention will fall on a stunning huge fireplace that used to serve for cooking in the history of this house. A sofa and two comfortable armchairs will make you relax watching TV or just chilling reading your guide/itinerary.
A beautiful red bricks' arch leads to the kitchen with the original stone sink of the house, a very large counter with all you need for cooking and eating your home cooked Italian meals. A cute niche for cups and drinks gives an authentic touch to this modern furnished kitchen.
To the left of the main entrance, the master bedroom with a french style king size bed. En suite bathroom with shower, with in front a "walk in" kind of closet with a large wooden wardrobe.
Going back to the entrance, a stone staircase leads to the second floor with two bedrooms (a double and two single beds) and a bathroom with shower. Even if the house was built to keep the ambiance very cool also during the hottest summer days, both rooms are air conditioned.
In the staircase a small service room with washing machine (with washing soap), iron and iron board, and wracks.
WiFi available.
The living room will be your favorite room of the house. Sitting in front of the charming fireplace, or by the desk with local guides and brochures, or on the sofas to watch streaming TV with Netflix and Amazon Video, ... living a real Tuscan house with such simple things.
Bedrooms have night tables, wardrobes and chairs to make you feel home
The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances: fridge/freezer, cooker and oven, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine and plenty kitchen utensils. Also a coffee grinder for the best Italian or american coffee!
The kitchen has a 17th century stone sink and a beautiful wooden table with a white Carrara marble top surface, big enough to accommodate up to 6 people. We provide basics such as coffee powder, sugar, salt, locally made olive oil, vinegar and little snacks. Also dish soap and dishwasher tabs are part of the kitchen equipment.
Both bathrooms have shower cabin, sink and toilet. You will find a courtesy set with shampoo, bath shower gel and hand soap made in Tuscany with Extra virgin Olive Oil. Towels, carpet and hairdryer also available.

Summary: We spent 2 wonderful weeks in Irene's villa. We cannot Express how amazing both Irene and the Villa were. The villa is excellently fitted out with every home comfort whilst retaining its authentic Tuscan feel. The villagers are friendly and welcoming and the shop and restaurant staff all speak quite good English. Irene, our host, is nothing short of phenomenal. She ensures every comfort is met and checks up on you daily without being intrusive. She provides excellent advice around things to see and do around Tuscany. In short Irene makes your holiday easy and simply incredible.

Summary: Casa Di Vignolo's host was incredibly helpful and accomodating. Irene gave a tour of the town upon our arrival and made sure we had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The villa is charming and authentic and sparkling clean. We had a family of five adults and plenty of space. Casa Di Vignolo was one of highlights of our trip through Tuscany. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We (a couple with 2 children) had a wonderful time in Irenes beautiful property. It had everything we needed and was even more cozy than we had imagined. The interieur was very nice with two big bedrooms, a big livingroom and the kitchen had all the things we needed to stay home and cook dinner some evenings which we enjoyed. We also went to the local restaurant "Cantine" and bought grocerys at the local stores. Irene was helpful with all the information we ask for and much more. She gave us advice on where to dine when we went to the next place on our holiday and allowed us to stay longer so that we had a place to relax before check in at our next house. She showed us around in the village on arrival which made us feel more at home and made it easier to find our way around and talk to our new "neighbours". We had our babygirl with us on her first holiday and Irene made sure we had both a baby bath and high chair. Things that made our stay more convenient. We would recommend this place to anyone who are looking for a relaxing time away from the big city in a beautiful place that really is home away from home. The place also has easy acces to other cities in the region. We went to Arezzo and Figline but you can easily go to other destinations by car. We just chose the closest because we had our baby daughter with us. We hope to retur one day😊

Summary: I would highly recommend renting this house. It's in a great little village with walking distance access to a market, shops and bar. The house itself is amazing...built in the 1200s with original fireplace and other unique things. Everything was very smooth with check in and assistance from the owners. We will be back!

Summary: We stayed for a week in August 2018, this a great home away from home and an ideal base to explore Tuscany. You really get a feel for Italian life in a small village. The house is located in the piazza within walking distance to a restaurant, coffee shop, grocers, bank, pharmacy and butcher. Plenty of free parking close by. The house is clean and spacious, with lots of character, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, washer, air conditioning for the hot months, etc. We cooked dinner ourselves a couple nights using ingredients from the local stores. Few people in town spoke much English, but it was fun to communicate and they were all friendly. Comfortable and serene place to come back to after visiting the sites of Florence, Siena, Chianti and many other places during the days. Irene was a wonderful and welcoming host, and her hospitality was exceptional. We scheduled a cooking class with Irene and her brother Edoardo, which was the highlight meal of our trip. We would stay here again in a heartbeat when returning to Tuscany!

Summary: Exceptional house....we stayed in number 8 for 6 weeks. The warmth and efficiency of the hosts were excellent. The house very quickly became home. Everything from the home, the cooking class, the determination of the hosts to ensure we and all others on holiday there, spent the best and happiest and most fulfilling time there was above and beyond service. I would stay there again at any time.
