Villa Ivrea is located at the northern tip of Cap Estate and boasts spectacular views of both the Atlantic Ocean and the Caribbean Sea. Designed by the American architect Dan F. Sater II and built by Wayne Brown D/B, it offers all the amenities required by discerning travelers, beginning with luxuriously appointed bedrooms and social areas, together with outdoor features like an infinity pool, panoramic verandas, pergola and terraced gardens. Bedrooms enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean, the Caribbean Sea or both as well as air conditioning. A large panoramic deck invites guests to enjoy the sun just outside their room, while an enchanting downstairs veranda provides the ideal setting for deep relaxation, outdoor dining or simply staying close to the pool and witnessing some truly unforgettable Caribbean sunsets. After dark...the veranda and balcony becomes a stargazer delight!
Groups of 8 will only receive 4 bedrooms within the main villa. If a 5th bedroom is required for a group of 8, there is an additional $250 per night charge. Groups over 8 will automatically be charged at the extra-person rate.
Gardens: The terraced gardens host an eclectic mix of Mediterranean plants, including olive trees, lemon trees, figs, date palms, bay laurel, jasmine, oleander, and cypresses, complemented by tropical and native varieties of bird of paradise, cannas, bougainvilleas, ginger lilies, sago palms, mango trees and more. Most of the water used for the irrigation of the gardens comes from rainwater harvesting.
Nearby Activities and Services: The renowned Cap Estate Golf & Country Club and Cabot Saint Lucia are just a 5-min drive away, while a 12-min drive will put you in the heart of Rodney Bay with all its different attractions, including excellent restaurants, a world-class marina, shopping malls, pharmacies, post office, banks, etc.

Summary: We had a fantastic stay in this property with our family group of 6 adults. The space was perfect for our group, providing plenty of room and comfort. The location was ideal, with three beautiful beaches just 15 minutes or less away. The patio and pool get plenty of sun and the porch offers shade, and a trade winds breeze also makes being outside all hours very comfortable. Communication from the host and property manager was excellent throughout, making check-in and our stay seamless. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the NFL playoffs were available on the local cable package—an unexpected treat for our destination! The property was well-kept, and the daily cleaning service was a nice touch, keeping everything fresh and tidy. We would definitely return again!

Summary: Clean and comfortable home with great communication from owner if anything is needed. The views in just about every room are spectacular! Vicky made us a delicious meal. Sitting by the pool couldn’t have been nicer. The week went by too fast!

Summary: Our group of 4 couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ivrea during our week in paradise. The home was well sticked, comfortable and roomy with enough space for 8 of us to lounge around and also have privacy. Vicky was fabulous and the meal she made for us was delicious. The view from the pool was just stunning and where we spent most of our time. Victor drove us all around and was available every time we called him which was super convenient. Owner met us at check-in to show us around and answer questions was also there to say goodbye when we left. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hated to leave paradise and look forward to returning one day soon.

Summary: Our family of 6 stayed here for 7 days. Space was sufficient for 6. The location, pool, and view are stunning. Lovely gardens, fruit trees, and outdoor grounds are well maintained. We tried to use the grill and found it didn't work. Seemed to not have a gas source. Inside the house the architecture and artwork is impressive. Cabinets are well stocked with everything you need to prepare food and host a group of people. We noted some minor maintenance items in need of attention, which we communicated to the property manager, but nothing you wouldn't encounter on any property. Overall the property was ideal for the trip we wanted to have, providing us with privacy but access to easily get into Rodney Bay and Gros Islet. I would book here again.
