Our lovely, family friendly home with an open floor plan can give you everything you want for your Cape Cod vacation. Beautiful sunsets from our private deck and dock await you! Community private beach, pool, clubhouse and tennis court all included in the price of your stay. Hardwood floors, modern kitchen, WIFI, central air-conditioning, Cable TV, outdoor shower and 3 available kayaks included.
Sleeping accommodations include first floor master with queen size bed and private bath with jacuzzi. Upstairs is one bedroom with three twin beds and another master suite with king bed, day bed and trundle. Upstairs private office space doubles as a fourth bedroom and includes pull out queen size couch.

Summary: My family enjoyed a beautiful week in Falmouth. Teri, the owner, was quick to respond to questions an always available- even when she was on vacation. The house is spotless with many amenities. It has lots of room for everyone, a beautiful porched in room, deck with lounge chairs and view of the water, fully stocked kitchen. Kayaks available for paddling around. Easy access to surrounding towns. If you are looking for a peaceful get away this is the place for you.

Summary: The house and the hosts were fantastic! Very clean and great for entertaining inside or outside. The dock was perfect as we brought two boats and fished every morning!! Wouldn't change a thing!!

Summary: An absolute, all around fantastic experience. The house lived up to the expectations from the online photos, and more. The view, especially in the evening at sunset, was just spectacular. The amenities, including the bikes, kayaks, outdoor shower, deck and three season room added to the enjoyment by all. As great as the house was, the owners couldn't be nicer and more accommodating. Thank you Teri and John for your quick replies, recommendations and overall hospitality. All combined to make this family week away very memorable, enjoyable and relaxing.

Summary: I rented with my sister’s family and there was plenty of space for us all. The location on the river is beautiful. Coordination with the owner was seamless and very pleasant. Use of kayaks, beach chairs & towels, etc. saved us from lugging a bunch of items. Would definitely stay again.

Summary: We've stayed in many rental properties in lots of different locations in both the US and Europe. We always find there are certain things that make our stay better and more pleasurable. Owners that are helpful and easy to communicate with and kitchens that aren't bare & at a minimum have basic spices and supplies, all make it so much easier when it's just your temporary home. This property has that and more. The Spielberger's home is a lovely, new, spacious property with attractive furnishings, nice deck to relax on and a lovely location on the water. The house is fully equipped with every utensil you could think of and the location is private and quiet. You feel like this is someone's permanent home, that they left to you for the week. Kayaks, bicycles, fishing gear, games, etc. there is so much there to use and enjoy and their care and maintenance of the house is obvious. Our college kids had fun clamming (& cooking up their bounty) & exploring in the kayaks. We rented a small sailboat and had a ball exploring the area too. All of our group give this home - and the owners - a FIVE star rating!
