Beautifully remodeled and fabulous! Picture yourself sitting in your gorgeous living room or outside on your private terrace overlooking the ocean listening to the waves crash and watching the dolphin play or perhaps a whale cruise by. You might even see the famous and elusive green flash at sunset!
Gorgeous, remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath townhome with air conditioning and with an additional den/office and loft on the bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the prestigious gated community of Seabluffe in Leucadia. All remodeled from studs out! The property's private oceanfront terrace is a perfect place to sit and enjoy the whitewater views. Spectacular local photographic art makes you feel like you are living in a gallery. A great living room facing the ocean with a large sectional sofa and big screen TV makes it difficult to want to leave! The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for some great meals! Ceiling fans throughout. The property has a second patio off the kitchen with a built-in barbecue island, bistro table, chairs and an outdoor beach shower. Flat screen TVs in main living area, master bedroom and front bedroom. The home has a stacked washer and dryer for your use. The secure garage is suitable for up to two cars, and there is visitor parking nearby. Beach towels, chairs, rolling cooler, umbrella, beach shade, foam surfboard and 2 boogie boards are provided, as well as 2 beach cruiser bicycles for your pleasure. Like to play tennis or pickleball? Rackets are provided for your use! A television and Google speaker can be found in the living room, and a second television in the master bedroom. A baby monitor and baby gate are included, and a high chair and pack & play can be found in the garage. Seabluffe maintains two community pools (one heated year round with a hot tub), 4 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, a half basketball court, children’s play area and private Seabluffe staircase down to the beach is nearby. The maximum occupancy of this property is 5. WIFI is provided.
Note: A video doorbell is in place and actively recording 24/7 outside the front door (including motion and sound detection).
Minimum rental of 7 nights with a Saturday check-in. City of Encinitas has a 10% city occupancy tax. Encinitas short term license RNTL-014685-2021. Cleaning fee is $275. Balance of fee is Seabluffe guest registration and utilities.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Seabluffe home with our daughter and close family friends. It's a well-styled and appointed home that was more than spacious enough for the 7 of us vacationing together (4 adults and 3 children). We started and ended each day on the large private deck overlooking the Pacific, something so special, I'll no doubt dream of it often this winter. To top it off, Stephanie was a gem to work with – communicative, thoughtful, and helpful.

Summary: Property was amazing. The view was spectacular. Property was extremely nicely appointed. Beds were comfortable; great towels. Came with little extra like shampoo and laundry detergent which were greatly appreciated since we flew and would have had to purchase and leave at the house. We did not use the beach given it was high tide in late afternoons but it is easily accessible. All major attractions were 30 minutes or less from the house. Property manager was absolutely amazing and immensely responsive to any minor issues/questions. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures. We would definitely rent again

Summary: This property in Seabluffe was wonderful! It was decorated very modern with a beach vibe. House was extremely clean and supplied with everything you need for vacation from beach towels to kitchen ware. Also had beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes. Stephanie the property manager was always available and helpful for any needs or problems. She was a delight to work with! There was construction next door and she not only dealt with the owner to be more quiet, but had dinner delivered that night for us. My only 1 negative of the property was the outdoor furniture on deck. The table and chairs were all rusted and very uncomfortable and therefore we never ate outside. For such a great rental inside it was disappointing that there wasn’t a newer outdoor table/chairs! Overall the oceanfront property is amazing!
