We are Ready for you after COVID-19. Outdoor access - so no hallways to navigate. Of course weโ€™re properly sanitized by our cleaning crew prior to your arrival. Full kitchen so eating in is super easy. Our Washer/Dryer makes keeping clean without exposure super simple (and free). And the stores of St. Croix are ready to welcome you (in a safe way!) Youโ€™ve earned the right to a safe and comfortable holiday in the sun. Uncrowded beaches so no worries there either.
AND - You are right on the Beach in our glorious Designer Decorated 2 Bedroom Villa! Like it's big brother - The Theatre on the Beach - there is nothing between you and the Ocean but 30 feet of Sand - and a Palm Tree.
Two full bedrooms, Two full bathrooms, your own washer and dryer - and a full kitchen. It's over the top luxury from floor to ceiling and everything in between. Let's start with the absolutely best part - the View.
It is nothing short of amazing - and if you do nothing all day but sit and enjoy it - who would blame you.
But there is everything else as well. The kitchen is beyond special - granite all around you, designer decor tiles, floors, walls, and ceilings. Brand new appliances, Grohe Faucets, Super high end pots and pans, dishes and glasses too.
You have everything you need for an enjoyable family friendly holiday - right on the beach.
Breakfast on the Balcony - no problems!
The two full bathrooms have huge double headed luxury showers - Rain shower heads on one side, Freehander massage heads on the other - and of course a hand-held shower too. The Master also features a two person soaking tub - can you say Romance on the Beach? Double sinks in the Master - why not?
The Master Bedroom with it's king sized bed, huge TV and large closet overlooks the beach and the ocean. You'll go to sleep to the sound of the waves - and wake to the Caribbean sun saying - "Good Morning".
The equally over the top Guest Bedroom features a Queen bed - and a King sized Day bed so you can sleep 4 if needed. Again there's a TV, over-sized closet, and seriously great decor to enjoy.
We haven't forgotten the living room (comfy, cozy, beautiful - and with a HUGE TV and great sound system - such fun) - or even better - the living area on the porch. That's where it's really wonderful to relax - no one to bother you - and nothing to see beyond sand, sea gulls, Pelicans, and the ocean.
Not interested in inside - go outside!
Spend the day at the pool or on the beach soaking up the warmth of the Caribbean Sun - no problems! Enjoy our two unofficially on-site restaurants - one 100 feet to the right, the other 200 feet to the left. You don't have to cook if you don't want to - we just made it super easy to go either way.
Have wandering feet? No worries. There are tons of great restaurants on St. Croix - it's one of the best reasons for visiting our lovely island. And to help - just ask me for my 25+ item Scavenger Hunt. From the desert to the rain forest - and everything in between - we have it on St. Croix.

Summary: Had a wonderful weekend. Condo was well equipped and had everything we needed. Oceanfront with a gorgeous view. Plenty of room and clean. Exactly like the pictures (view is better in person). Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. No issues at all.

Summary: Ocean breezes were wonderful, great ocean view from lani. Condo was clean and well appointed. Great communication from owner and property manager. Pool was immaculate. Queen bed was not comfortable for us and lani cushions on wicker were not the best. Overal enjoyed our stay.

Summary: We had an absolutely amazing stay at this property! The location is unbeatableโ€”directly on the beach with breathtaking views. The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.One of the highlights was the incredible snorkeling right off the beach! Summary: Loved our 1st visit to St Croix! Condo was had an amazing view of Buck Island (visiting it by boat is a must!). The condo was well appointed & well stocked. We cooked a few meals in & had everything we needed. We used the beach towels & cooler provided for our day outings. We highly recommend this spacious condo and would stay there again.

Summary: Omg...Leslie had everything in this condo you could possible need....snorkel gear, beach hats, chairs, tons of games and books, etc.! The condo itself is stunning! The views are amazing! The neighbor was our favorite, love her! Had the best time in St. Croix, the location of this condo was great! Had so much fun snorkeling, eating at all the great restaurants, shopping, sunning and swimming, and visiting all the sights. Thanks so much Leslie and Alisha, magical vacation for sure.

Summary: We loved Theatre at Sugar Beach. Amenities were great. Pool is beautiful. On island manager was extremely helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Summary: This was the first visit to the Caribbean for our two sons and we loved the laid back, non touristy feel of St. Croix. We loved the central location of the condo because it allowed us to go east or west on the island for activities without it being a really long drive. We enjoyed the quietness of the beach right outside the condo and often had it all to ourselves. The condo was so well stocked with everything we needed for our stay, and Alisha, our on-island contact, was amazing help with food recommendations and other advice we were looking for during our stay. We absolutely loved our time on the island and look forward to coming back again one day! Oh and my 12 year old wanted me to add that if you see the propertyโ€™s resident orange cat and black cat please love on them for him :)
