Welcome to our relaxing 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Condo in a Caribbean paradise at the gated community of Colony Cove! The condo is located just steps away from the beautiful Caribbean Sea on Sugar Beach! Parking, community pool, and Wifi are included!
Our condo is located on the second floor and is freshly renovated. The condo offers a King bed in the primary bedroom and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom. Each bedroom has their own ac unit along with an ac unit in the living room. Also each bedroom and the living room are equipped with their own smart TV. This deluxe condo has a washer and dryer. The galley offers gorgeous views on the Colony Coves Gardens and ocean. If you enjoy snorkeling, look no further. You can snorkel right out front to see a variety of sea creatures which could include sting rays, sea turtles, starfish, conch, and a variety of colorful fish. We do have snorkeling gear for your convenience! We also have a variety of beach amenities such as chairs, beach towels, noodles, and a few fun toys! If you have little ones, we have a pack n play as well as a high chair. The condo is minutes away from the boardwalk, dining, fun shopping, as well as historical sites of the islands history!
Our kitchen has all you need if you love to cook! Several fresh fish markets are minutes away from the condo where you can find the fish of the day or delicious local Caribbean lobster! There are several grocery stores located nearby to make your favorite dishes. Or if you prefer to dine out there some amazing restaurant such as Dugans Reef and The Bombay Club. Le Cuisinier and Coral Sea Café are within walking distance of the condo.
The beautiful island of St. Croix has so many adventures to offer, whether it be to relax, explore, deep sea fish, snorkel, gamble, scuba dive, ride horses in the ocean, zip line, or even parasail! You can book a trip to buck island and snorkel the largest living reef of any of the Caribbean islands. The island has a variety of gorgeous beaches! There is nighttime kayak tours of the breathtaking bioluminescence bay! You can also visit the gorgeous botanical gardens! If you are looking to island hop, there is a sea plane and ferry that makes daily trips to St. Thomas. I would definitely recommend a rental vehicle to take in everything St. Croix has to offer!
Colony Cove is a NO pet community including emotional support animals. We appreciate your cooperation! This condo is equipped with a ring doorbell at the front door.
There have been larger amounts of Sargassum seaweed on the island recently. When it accumulates, it can have a very unpleasant smell and make the beach in front of the condos less desirable to use. Luckily the island has many other gorgeous beaches to use that don’t have sargassum. The seaweed comes in in higher volumes in the summer months. With that being said, we cannot issue refunds as we have no control of how much or when the sarggasum comes in.

Summary: Condo was very beautifully and well stocked. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend. A piece of advice- keep the key in the keypad by the door. We locked ourselves out the first night and had to contact the owner. She was quick to respond and have someone on island let us back in. Thanks again Brandi and Cyd!

Summary: The unit had everything stated in the listing. We used the beach chairs and coolers to pack a lunch and try out different beaches. Owner responded to our emails super-quickly. The complex was peaceful, and we enjoyed our visit.

Summary: Great family condo for our family of 4. Everything was spotless, the kitchen was loaded, beds comfortable and outdoor patio with dining table was awesome! The girls loved the pool and the parents loved how close everything was from our condo! Brandi was extremely responsive and check in was a breeze. We visited the entire island, stopping by the boardwalk multiple times upon our stay! Definitely recommend :)

Summary: Our stay at this condo exceeded our expectations!!! Very spacious, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for our 7 week stay and more! Spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, closets, and lots of extras (even a safe for valuables, though we never used it) Kitchen had many appliances, kitchenware, and everything you could need. Great location to downtown Christiansted, we rented a car. Safe and gated. Only minor downside was the beach area had lots of seaweed while we were there, but we visited all the other beautiful beaches St Croix has to offer. Brandi was very responsive and got back to us quickly! My brother rented a similar condo in the same community and was very pleased with his stay as well. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be keeping this place in mind for our next visit to St. Croix!

Summary: My husband and I, along with our college age son spent a long weekend at this wonderful property. Everything was magnificent! Every room had a ceiling fan, the beds were comfortable, it has a lovely patio for coffee in the morning, plenty of beach towels and chairs, and a fully stocked kitchen. Whatever you could be looking for in that kitchen you will find. The proximity to Christiansted was great. We could take a quick run into town for breakfast at Toast, coffee at Virgin Island Roasters, and much more. We did visit Sugar Beach several times as the pool was not open during our stay, which was fine with us. We would definitely rent this property again.

Summary: Everything was exactly as we expected. Very clean, lots of towels, giant washer and dryer, and clean drinking water with excellent pressure. The beach right in front was great. Excellent snorkeling right at the condo. If you do go snorkeling there just keep on going straight out. There's some sand and seaweed directly by shore out to 25 yards or so but it's only 3' deep there at the most. Then you get into grass for the next 100-150 yards. Some conch and sea urchins there but not much. It'll then drop to around 20-25' deep and that's when it gets interesting! There's giant starfish there almost 2' across! If you can keep going another 50-100' yards you'll get to the start of the reef. It'll get shallow enough to stand up in some of the sandy areas to take a break, adjust your equipment and see all the reef fish. If there's a wind there will be a current so 1) don't go alone, and 2) don't go if you're not in shape. As long as you heed both of those it's really worth the swim. Also in the bay there are BIG stingrays you might see. Straight out from the rocks there's a bunch of tires that are forming a reef (intentionally placed there). There's lobsters and fish gallore there and it's not nearly as far as the reef itself. In the evenings and into the night the tarpon wander down to feed from the boardwalk where they hand out during the day. My wife and kids got buzzed by a 4-5' tarpon at sunset. It came within a foot of them. No problems.

Summary: My family and I enjoyed our stay at Brandi's condo in St. Croix. The location was perfect -- a short drive to Christensted (about 8 minutes) and walking distance to a beach. There was plenty of space for our family of four. There was also beach gear provided that was super handy on our excursions of the island. Brandi was super helpful, responsive, and provided recommendations prior to our arrival. It saved us time in doing research on restaurants and activities. We definitely recommend this condo for your stay in St. Croix.

Summary: This is a nice place with everything you will need to have a chill spot to hang out and explore St.Croix. The condo complex is on the water, beach access is at the next building a short walk away. Unfortunately during our stay the Sargassum Seaweed was choking the beaches on that side of the island. We found beautiful beaches in on the other side of the island. This condo is well situated to get places easily, a car is needed. The condo is very well equipped for a pleasant stay.

Summary: This property was exactly what my family hoped for on the beautiful St. Croix island. Located so we could easily get to all the adventures of the vacation. Well supplied for meals in. Host was accommodating and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property for a family to enjoy.
