Summary: We had a great time here. Plenty to do and see between the pool, lake, and nearby attractions. Room was cleaned and front desk staff was very efficient and friendly.

Summary: Hotel was very clean and the staff (Joe) was great. We were a little bummed that it was advertised as having a hot tub and a heated pool, but it had no hot tub and a chilly pool. The pool was nice, big, and clean though. You could smell fresh paint and there were a few signs mentioning the renovations, none of which were hindering. The property is gorgeous and huge, lake front and my room hand and outside balcony overlooking the lake. Overall very happy and would recommend.

Summary: We chose this hotel after seeing the pictures on hotels.com and thought it would be a nice change from our usual choice of the Hilton. Mistake! The pool closes at 9 and doesn’t open until 10. There was hair on my sheets and the bathroom wasn’t cleaned well. The hallway where our room was has a strange smell that reminded us of a barn and animals. The curtain was broken so it didn’t close all the way which was very uncomfortable since the curtain covers a patio door leading to the pool area.

Summary: Hallways smell really bad. The whole place in need a paint job and new carpeting. Cheap motel vibe. People very friendly and helpful. Bathroom and and sheets were clean

Summary: The door did not lock or have a safety latch and my 3 year old son was able to run out of the room at random. The first time realizing this, i broke my foot chasing home down the hall. I was refused another room for safety concerns and eventually used heavy furniture to block the door. There were cracks in the walls, the double rooms and bathrooms were very tiny. There is no dining or breakfast offered. And the pool/beach that was featured was filled in with concrete. I paid extra for the double queen deluxe suite and was downgraded due to lack of room available. I was charged $20 for a cot resulting in my overall total for my stay of about $200. I also had mystery charges for things i had not requested for my room.
