Summary: Overall my stay was good. The placed looked just as pictured. It was walking distance to resturants and bars. It was spacious enough for the 5 of us and was clean. The only issue I had was that "laundry" was listed on the amenities, but when I got there the washer/dryer had a sign that said "out of order". One of the main reasons I booked this place was so we could do our laundry. I did message the host and what they ment was there was a laundry service for $5 per pound. Needless to say we were disappointed. Had we known ahead of time we would have stayed elsewhere. Also I confirm the time we would drop off our bag (to be held until check-in time). When we got there no one was in the office. We went to a near by resturant to kill time.

Summary: This was a fun and spacious property that made my stay enjoyable. The property was well-kept and clean, had enough kitchen and living room space, and had comfortable beds. Good place to go if you want to be near La Placita and are staying with a good-size group.
