Summary: The house is in a great location, close to Taughannock Falls State Park and within 20 minutes to Robert Tremen State Park as well as numerous other waterfall viewing areas. The house was extremely clean with new flooring throughout. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds were very comfortable, mattresses felt like they were new. We really enjoyed the hot tub. I am usually a little leary to use shared hot tubs, but in this case it was very clean and was positioned nicely to view the back yard. I would recommend this house and would definitely stay again!

Summary: Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Coincidentally the property was just a few minutes drive from the family we were visiting. It was great to have the hot tub as an option for unwinding at the end of the day. The property was exactly as described. Very clean and plenty of regular household items. Would love to stay here again for future visits with family.

Summary: Alex and Tyler have a clean, organized home with the conveniences you need for a comfortable stay. The location is great, just 10 minutes to the lake, and the big backyard is the highlight of the property. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Our family would absolutely return!

Summary: This home was really well cared for and put together. The owners have done a great job balancing vacation needs and a home. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. Everything we used worked as expected and things like TV’s and Hot Tub were easy to use and enjoyable. Shower was clean and refreshing and the I can not say enough about how relaxing a fire in the fire pit was and how peaceful the backyard is. We stay in many VRBO’s and this has been one of our favorites! I hope to someday return but imagine I wont be so lucky to find a free time again with how great this place is.

Summary: We were a bit nervous picking a new listing but we were very pleasantly surprised and had an awesome stay at this house. Everything in the house felt new and was in great condition. We were amazed that the the owners seemed to think of everything that a family would need for a week's stay even down to the small details. The owners were very attentive. We had a small issue with the PH levels in hot tub during the week. I received an immediate reply from one of the owners and they had it adjusted in just a few hours. I highly recommend this house!
