3 Bedroom Apartment in Denia

Situated in Les Marines (20km of sandy beaches), five minutes drive and fifteen minutes walk from the centre of Denia, on the second floor of a brand new apartment block, overlooking the swimming pool and gardens with views towards the sea, our new apartment has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
The apartment is bright and stylish and fully equipped to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. The modern open plan kitchen looks out on to the air conditioned living/dining room which in turns opens out on to a spacious terrace with a second seating area and table and benches for outside dining. SKY/ASTRA TV with numerous English and European channels, DVD and WiFi are provided. There is a TV in each of the bedrooms. There is an indoor table and chairs for winter use. At the rear there is a separate laundry area with washing machine and dryer.
There are three bedrooms: Bedroom 1, with views over the pool, has a king size bed, fitted wardrobes and ensuite shower room with vanity unit and toilet. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and fitted wardrobe and Bedroom 3 has twin beds and fitted wardrobe. These two rooms share a large shower room with vanity unit and toilet.
All bedrooms have air conditioners/heaters and have plenty of electrical points. The apartment is rated C for energy efficiency and insulation.
Underground parking is provided and a lift gives direct access to the apartment. There is a a large store room behind the parking space for storage of beach chairs and umbrellas, baby cot and highchair.
Outside there are landscaped communal gardens with a large adult pool and children's pool.There is also a childrens' playground. A short walk down the lane leads to Las Albaranas Beach with its golden sands and clear blue waters and with views across to Denia Castle and the Montgo National Park. In summer there is a beach bar and sunbeds to hire. The path south leads to El Raset Beach, Denia Port and Old Town with their numerous restaurants and bars. The centre of Denia is only 15 minutes walk away. A walk north leads to Les Bovetes and Els Molins beaches . Watersports are available at both Las Albaranas Beach and El Raset Beach.
The nearest supermarket, Aldi, is just across the road and there is also a cafe/patisserie, hardware store and hairdresser close by. There are several good restaurants within walking distance serving Indonesian, French, Spanish and German cuisine, including Quique DaCosta, a Michelin star restaurant, listed no. 39 in the World's 50 Best Restaurants.

Summary: We picked this property based on the reviews of previous vacationers. We weren't disappointed! The moment we showed interest to the days running up to our returning home, the host was most helpful. The instructions for entry allowed us to be reassured our stay would be fulfilled. The accommodation is less than 10 years old, having all the home comforts to make our stay an excellent one. It was large enough to accommodate a family of four adults (2 children 2 adults). A car parking space is available, although a car is more helpful its not fully necessary with a medium size supermarket over the road and taxis available for less than 8 euro to the Port / main town. The beach is less than two minutes walk away with use of parasols, chairs, loungers and a very handy cargo troller. The site also felt safe, during our stay in Denia. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip to Spain!

Summary: My family and I spent a week at this lovely apartment in Dénia. Paula was extremely helpful and responsive in all our communications. The apartment itself is well positioned for the beach and has a lovely pool view. It's about 20 minutes walk into the town/marina area. It is well equipped and the underground parking is a real bonus. My only comment is that it is advertised as an apartment for 6 people, however, there is only enough dining furniture and beach furniture for 4 people. In the end there was only 4 of us, but it would have been a problem/a bit tight for more than 4. Overall we had a fabulous week and would love to return to Dénia and this apartment. Summary: This apartment is perhaps that cleanest, most well equipped we have stayed in over many years of travel. The apartment and furnishings were fairly new and of a very good quality. The owner was a great communicator before we arrived as well as after we checked in. There was more of an ocean view than we expected. The beach was a 5 minute walk from the apartment. We were there in mid November for 16 days. The area was very quiet and the weather pleasant.
