Summary: We were in San Juan for a holiday and found a perfect spot in the center of everything in this lovely condo that had everything we needed to relax, cook, and stay. The owner was very attentive from booking to closeout and was responsive to our needs throughout. Close to dining and beaches it was a perfect spot and is kept clean and has a good TV for those times not on the road.

Summary: This condo has an excellent location in Condado neighborhood. Right on the main street Avenida Ashford, you're steps away from more restaurants than you could dream, and also steps away from the lovely Ocean Park Beach. Bus stops made for easy access to Old San Juan. The windows do allow quite a lot of street noise to reach even the 11th floor, which made sleeping soundly an unfulfilled wish. Although quite comfortable for 2, the futon accommodation for our 3rd person was very uncomfortable; perhaps an inflatable mattress would be a better choice. We appreciated the helpful and friendly doorman Hector, who even agreed to hold our luggage so we could fully enjoy our last day in PR.
