Situated 3.7 miles from California's Great America, this spacious two-bedroom apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and distinctive contemporary furnishings, air-conditioned accommodation with a patio and free WiFi.
The units provide views of the city and come with a seating area, a washing machine, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and two private bathrooms with a hairdryer and free toiletries. A microwave, a fridge and oven are also available, as well as a coffee machine.
We allow pets under 35lbs.
The location is another plus, we are located 2 minutes walking from Nobhill market, California Pizza Kitchen, Starbucks, Konjoe Burger, Pressed Juicery, The Yellow Chilli, Orange Theory and many other stores to make your stay comfortable and convenient

This rental is centrally located in the South Bay area, just 31 miles south of San Francisco International Airport, 7.3 miles north of San Jose International Airport, and 26 miles west of Oakland International; Airport. You'll also be a short drive from several of the Bay Area's attractions, Great America Six Flags Amusement Park, LEVIS 49ers Stadium (4 miles), San Jose State University (13 miles), and Stanford University (15 miles), University of Santa Clara (4.5 miles). And enjoy easy access to public and private golf courses, shop and dine at Santana Row or Valleyfare (6.5 miles), or take the whole family over to Raging Waters just 14 miles east. Caltrain is located just steps away for for an easy commute to several cities nearby.
Getting Around:
Our parking is located behind security gates. Once you are, park in the reserve for future residents parking under the garage in the unsecured portion of he garage. Enter the Entrance from the street entrance using the code in the check-in instructions. Your FOB/gate remote is located inside of your unit on the table/counter. This will allow you access to the garage and your two assigned and reserved parking spaces.

Summary: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Clara. It was very comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee and tea, the beds were comfortable, and the laundry came in handy. The welcome package(s) were a nice touch too and a great surprise! The neighborhood is nice, but it was also nice that access to the building is secure. The owners kept us well informed via email with necessary instructions. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the area.

Summary: The condo is in a pretty new building, and is nice and modern. The beds were super comfortable, and the family room was also super comfortable! The TV system was easy to use, the kitchen was clean and tidy with nice pots and pans and dishware… It felt like we were staying in a timeshare unit, high-quality towels and sheets on the bed and a very orderly clean place that didn’t feel too full of anyone’s personal items in fact I don’t remember seeing any personal items, which was great to me. there are two Tesla wall chargers in the basement parking garage… It just so happened that nobody else seemed to be using them at all the entire week we were there… That made our stay even better, as we were there in a Tesla. I am happy i stayed here while my daughter had her week long Water polo tournament! Also - Walter always answered me so quickly when i had questions.
