Summary: The staff was excellent and the patrons were easy to talk with. The manager Rachel, not so easy to work with. Didn’t want to listen wouldn’t listen, in my opinion doesn’t deserve to be the manager.

Summary: Syayes 7 nights while working out of town. Room was never cleaned. Had to get clean towels from the front desk. Also, every might when i got back to the room from work, my key card wouldn't work and had to he reprogrammed. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY

Summary: We had a long wait to check in because no one was at the desk. The typical clientele are…up all night. Ignoring their crying, screaming children. The hallways and bathrooms smell like pot. It was cheap and we last-minute needed a place to stay; we got what we paid for. If you want a place to stay with “family friendly” guests, find another place. If you’re fine with mingling with the type of people to scream in the hallways at 2am because they’re too out of their mind to realize how late it is, you’ll feel right at home here.

Summary: Quality of the room was sub par at best. The pillows were deformed foam, the floor was dirty, the mirror in the bathroom was rusty. This is an extended stay, yet there is no Coffee on the premises, not in the lobby or in the rooms, we had to go out to get it. We wont be back

Summary: The pictures do not accurately depict the condition of the rooms. Very unclean, worn, stains everywhere (carpet, sink, tub). Some amenities removed (dishwasher) and space left empty with exposed pipes. This property is used for homeless families (kids getting off the school bus). Will never return
