Summary: Before our stay at the studio, I admit, I kind of overread the 2 star review, because it just didn’t fit to the beautiful pictures and the other reviews. Besides, there are always people, who complain... Unfortunately, our experiance was similar to the 2*-review. The photos show overall luxury, which you won’t find. But lets start with the nice things first: Belsize is a nice area with many good restaurants. The studio is only few minutes from the tube and yet it is an absolutely quiet neighbourhood. Also the supermarket is just down the street. The studio is big enough for two, and so is the bed. The kitchen is well equipped. BUT: in the description it sais Wifi available – not true! There is no Wifi in the studio and the owner never replied to my emails (2) concerning this. The studio is dirty, and I mean dirty! Hair from previous travelers and dirty everything: dishes, furniture (I cleaned it with wipes before using and the tissue was dark), mirrors, bathroom, etc. The kettle was plain nasty. I don’t know, what it was, that was in it, but it looked as if someone had coocked sausages in it and didn’t clean it. The bathroom sink is rediculously small – our hands hardly fit under the water jet. And last but not least: you can hear all travelors through the wall, so you better bring ear plugs. We recommend the studio partly – better not book if you are bothered by dirt.

Summary: This is a modern styled apt in a great location just a short walk to Belsize Park station. But...there are a few things to be aware of. The bathroom is tiny--the sink is really not even large enough to wash both hands (much tinier than even a cruise ship sink!--we used the kitchen sink), if you drop the soap in the shower, you have to open the door to pick it up . The bed was very comfortable but the floor in general was gritty (though kitchen area and bathroom were clean) and though there is a deck, it is a problem to get by the bed and drapes to even get to the door. Lastly, I can't believe the previous review about how quiet this was as it was not--all day and night there are very loud sea gulls (who would think this!) on the roofs and chimney's and the doors are paper thin with neighbor conversations, comings/goings early and late and even the cleaning of other apts starting at 6am! I am not a complainer, usually, and have stayed at several vrbo locations in the past. No place is perfect but you should be aware of the issues here.

Summary: We loved this modern, bright studio, which is very light and airy and has French windows to a garden. we had loverly drinks on the patio. It was clean and has a well equiped kitchen. The bed is very comfortable and Phil is on hand to help. Its exaccltly as in the photos. The thing we loved about this place, is the design and the location. It's blissfully quiet at night, yet so centrally located. We would reccomend this compact studio to all travellers. Thank you Emily for your great communication, & to Phil who was very helpful

Summary: Love belsize park area so opted to rent this unit despite only having two reviews. The pictures definitely show it in the best light. When we arrived, it looks much dingier and dirty than the photo. And it was dirty. Previous guests hairs still visible around the flat. I found at least 4 spiders, including one on the bed. It is a studio and it Is small. Bathroom sink (no photo ) is too small to do anything. It is about 7"x12" and no room to put any of your toiletries. Bed is advertised as a king bed however for those of us from North America, this is not a king. There is also not a coffee maker as advertised. Nor a rain shower. The flat was easy to rent but I will say I needed to send 2 emails and place a call that was not returned, to find out how to get the keys. I should have known better to expect much more. I would not recommend.

Summary: Very nice apartment in North West London (not far from Camden Market) with a relaxing back yard with terrace. Near public transport, metro & bus, restaurants and shops. Very safe and clean suburb of London. Amazing decoration, very clean and well equiped with everything you need for a short stay. The owners and the Meet and greet man are very friendly and helpful. Internet conexion. For us , the best place to stay in London. Highly recommended!
