Summary: The property was perfect for our needs. The Lake Arthur area is a hidden gem. We loved being in walking distance to the park across the street, the water access and local restaurants. The listing is exactly as it is detailed and pictured. Beautiful home! With recent rain, mosquitoes were kind of rough but we were prepared with spray as where we live also gets mosquitoes after rain as well.We hope to visit the area again and would gladly stay at this property again if available!

Summary: What an awesome place! It’s newly renovated and the owner has great taste regarding decor. The outside veranda has a perfect view of the park, lake, and sunset. Although the host was a little picky regarding cleaning, she went out of her way to mail property that I left behind. Highly recommend.

Summary: My fiancé and I stayed the weekend while visiting family and this home was perfect! Close to the beach area and a wonderful playground across the street. The house was clean and very welcoming. Very fast responses from our host also. I would definitely recommend!!
