Beautiful spacious vacation home for family and friends.There are four bedrooms,two full baths, nicely furnished with fully equipped kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, outdoor grill, patio furniture, outside shower, wireless internet and cable tv.
There's a wrap-around deck with a gorgeous view and a short walk to the beautiful roger wheeler beach (sand hill cove beach), which is a family beach. Our home is in an ideal location, as we do not get any beach traffic.
Shopping and block island ferry are only a mile away.

Summary: My family and I had such a great time. The house was in a great location, the neighborhood was quiet, the deck was fairly private and the property owners were so friendly. There was plenty of room for us six. On the deck are views of the bird sanctuary and even a small section of the ocean. Inside the living and dinning rooms are full of ocean breezes. The downstairs bedroom had a strong musty smell that did make its way up. But a couple of days of airing out and it was tolerable. I would completely recommend this property to anyone interested in an easy location to enjoy summer tourist beach fun! Oh and the beach is a ten minute walk.

Summary: Great location for a beach vacation. The house is spacious with lots of natural light and incredible views. It is a safe neighborhood and about a 10 minute walk to the beach with a wagon and 2 kids.

Summary: This was our second stay at Trudy and John's home, which is located in a lovely neighborhood, very close to the beach, with a great deck and a beautiful view. The home is in need of some updates to make it a more pleasant place to stay. What we'd request if we stayed again is a deep cleaning, including mold mitigation. We could see and smell evidence of mold, and there was a good amount of dust. Small updates like MUCH better lamps and lighting, and some updates in the kitchen would go a long way to making this a more pleasant rental. Trudy and John are great hosts.

Summary: The location was great. Nice view of Sandhill Cove. Nice deck. Comfortable beds. Needed some paint and updates. Could have been better maintained.

Summary: Property was well maintained and clean. Very spacious and accommodated our family members perfectly. Beautiful views through the many sliders and a gorgeous wrap around deck. Had a great vacation stay.

Summary: I felt the stress melt away when I walked in the door. Wonderful view from the deck to sit with morning coffee . Very quiet street. Plenty of room for family we were six adults two children ages 5 & 2. Owners are super nice people.

Summary: Loved our stay here. Plenty of room for 10 people, 4 adults and 6 kids. Wonderful great open space in the dining/living room surrounded by a bunch sliders leading to the big deck. Awesome breeze and view! Great location, a minute to George Wheeler Beach, few minutes to Galilee restaurants and ferry, less than 10 min to Scarborough Beach and just over 10 min to Narragansett state beach. Would definitely come back!
