Our ocean view studio is located one block to restaurants, the Red Kettle Coffee Shop, shopping and the beach. Our studio is furnished with a queen bed, a trundle bed, full bath, view deck, TV, and off street parking. Pets are welcome-max 2 pets. ($75 one time pet fee.)

Summary: Everything was just as described, which is to say, lovely! Such a comfortable room, furnished and stocked with all we needed, and more. We love the area. D’Arcy was the super host, very quick in communication, and great recommendations. So glad we got to meet!

Summary: Reserved this stay for a long weekend with three other girlfriends. The stay was exactly as advertised, with plenty of snacks, suggestions, and a gorgeous view. The host was also very communicative and kind, and even dropped off a bottle of wine. Summerland itself is adorable and we were pleasantly surprised just how close Santa Barbara and Montecito were (just a few minutes). The cot under the pullout was a bit squeaky but otherwise truly a perfect stay and would definitely book again'

Summary: We adored the accommodations and gardens! The place is easy to get on/off the highway and minutes from downtown. The information binder had just what we needed to find things to do and places to eat throughout the area. We will definitely visit again!
