Positive: Great location in the Catalina Foothills with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. Views of the mountains and the valley are wonderful.
Negative: The house itself is not well maintained and had many obvious problems as soon as we checked in. For example, the drain in the office/bedroom bathroom is clogged. As soon as the shower was started, water started backing up and did not completely drain after three days being there. The blind in the office/bedroom on the first level is not operable. We had to tape it in place in order to sleep in the room with the blind down. The jets in the jetted tub in the primary room do not work. They tell you that after you book the room. Additionally, the jetted tub drain does mot work. Itโ€™s supposed to pop up when you push it. It doesnโ€™t work. The main in the door mini-blind in the primary room does not close so guests using the pool can look into the primary bedroom. These issues were communicated with property management within hours of checking in, and where never addressed after 4 days
