Newly renovated cottage located in the heart of New Plymouth on Green turtle cay near grocery stores , restaurants ,bars ,museum and sculpture garden ,beaches , flats , pier fishing are all in walking distance.
Most rent a golf cart while visiting . If you rent or own a center console boat we have dockage for you . We are not in Cooper's town or on Abaco island we are on a small cay with a population of around 500 people. We are in a area where there's minimal to 0 mosquitoes n noseeums .
Visit the swimming pigs at no name cay , feed the turtles , sharks and stingrays at man jack cay . Guides with boats are available to take you if you wanna take that route , rent a boat and explore on your own if you didn’t drive your own boat here .

Summary: The cottage was was conveniently located within walking distance to any grocery and restaurants. It was just as described, clean, and comfortable. AC worked great, and it had everything you would need for your stay. Even beach stuff. Would love to come back again!

Summary: You get what you pay for … standard type of accommodation. Well stocked. Some problems with shower when draining kitchen sink. Bryan was there to help very quickly. Unfortunately, problem persisted throughout our stay but we handled it ourselves. Needless to say, we enjoyed our visit.

Summary: The house has everything you need, including tons of towels, kitchen things, snorkeling stuff, beach chairs, etc! It's right around the corner from Sundowners which is fun and it wasn't too loud. We loved our stay.

Summary: This little cottage is close to the best views of sunsets from Sundowners. It doesn’t have scenic outdoor spaces but it is a very good value and so close to a spectacular view with great people and drinks so one can’t complain. We found it clean and well stocked. Everything in New Plymouth is in easy walking distance, and a rental cart let us spend time on beautiful beaches from Gilliam Bay to the Bluff House.

Summary: Cozy cottage near everything that’s convenient. The sun was bright, but the dark curtains in the cottage allowed us to sleep. We will definitely be back again to rent this cottage!

Summary: Casual home with everything you need for a self-catering holiday! The location is great with a view of the sea, close to lots of restaurants, cafes and the ferry dock. Definitely should rent a golf cart to get around the island. Very relaxing and the stars were amazing. Thank you Brian!
