Summary: Old stained furniture, walls are thin and smells from hallway and apartment next door seep in, windows do not keep out cold, noisy location. Only one elevator works. Host was amazing in prompt responses and answered/helped me every time.

Summary: The vents in the building do not work so whenever other people smoke, the apartment fills with a cigarette smell. We basically had to leave windows open all day to avoid coming back to a smelly house. The building is supposed to be smokefree but it clearly is not. I would say around nighttime was the worst, which is bad because that is when we were there trying to sleep. Host was responsive and check-in process was easy. We had a lot of issues getting packages delivered, a lot were lost or we did not get access to mail room from concierge. Convenient monthly parking nearby on SpotHero. The apartment was clean and well cared for. The balcony had great views.
