Sunny On Coolum Beach captures the essence of the relaxed beach lifestyle and the moment you step in, you take a deep breath and feel the calm permeate.. agghhh.. your break has begun! As you step outside, you will be greeted with a relaxation inducing view of the courtyard with lounge, seating and outdoor dining, not to mention the magnesium pool with timed water feature.
All of the living spaces, located on the ground floor bring a sense of connection whether you have members of your group in the kitchen, at the dining table or watching a movie on the lounge. The lounge entertainment space features a retractable 130" projector screen and Bose surround sound system to be engrossed in whatever you are watching or listening to. If there is any disagreement on what is to be watched, there is an additional small living area upstairs with a TV, and a TV in the master bedroom.
Sunny comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for couples, families, or a group of friends. The 3 bedrooms are all located on the second level. 2 of the bedrooms also contain powered sit stand desks and computer monitors for guests who need need to stay plugged in to work or study.
The spacious master bedroom features a plush king-sized bed, Smart TV, walk in wardrobe with shelf space and clothing hangers and a his and hers ensuite with shower.
The second bedroom offers a tri bunk bed comprised of a double (bottom) and king single (top), small powered sit stand desk with a computer monitor and a cupboard with hanging and shelf space for clothing and items.
The third bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, small powered sit stand desk and monitor and a cupboard with hanging space for clothing and items.

Summary: The whole family enjoyed our stay at โ€˜Sunnyโ€™. Itโ€™s a lovely home with many amenities. The pool was a big hit with everyone! The house was exceptionally clean, in a convenient location (a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants) on a quiet street. As a Host, Marg was the best, very accommodating and responsive to all our questions. Our family is looking forward to next yearsโ€™ stay at โ€˜Sunnyโ€™!

Summary: This property is absolutely stunning, safe, secure and private. The whole house was very very clean compared to some other places we've stayed at. Had everything we needed, and is in the perfect spot. Walking distance to Coles, cafes and lots of take away shops. Also walking distance to the beach and only 15mins away from the air port. Loved our stay and exploring the area.

Summary: We had a wonderful relaxing stay at Sunny. The pool and outdoor area were perfect, plenty of space to eat at the large outdoor table and read and relax on the lounge. The bedrooms were great, kitchen well equipped and had great appliances. The large screen TV was like being at the movies every night. Thanks Marg we loved it all!

Summary: We had a short stay but it was so nice. The location is perfect, easy access to so many restaurants and shops as well as the beach. The house feels very secure and private. We have stayed in a few different spots in Coolum but this has been our favourite. Easily gets a 5 star review. When we arrived there was such a nice welcome package and a folder full of info on what to do and where to eat. Unfortunately the morning before we checked in the projector had stopped working. Obviously this is out of anyoneโ€™s control but Marg was super quick to give us a discount for our stay, thanks again. Canโ€™t wait to book again for another stay. I would recommend Sunny on Coolum to anyone.

Summary: First impressions of the property was wow!! The pictures online were exactly what we got. The house was very homely, and Marg was so great to communicate with. There were lovely little touches found around the house. A welcome booklet/package was given which was really informative and instructions on how to use everything around the house. There was great facilities and amenities which made the stay so comfortable. Even had access to Netflix which helped with the kids on those rainy days. In addition, lots of board games and cards to keep us busy when the weather wasnโ€™t great. All in all it was a great, clean and tidy home. Would highly recommend!

Summary: We stayed for two weeks at Sunny on Coolum and it was sensational. From the minute we paid our deposit through to check in Marg would respond pretty much straight away. My husband worked every day and did not have a problem with the internet. We took along my 90 year old mother and she thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She especially the full size projector screen for the footy!! Marg thought of everything all the little things you need. She had left us a welcome pack and booklet on how to operate everything in house and things to do around Coolum, she even had shopping bags, beach items and dog toys.. We have no hesitation in recommending Sunny on Coolum. We will be back!! Thank you Marg for allowing us to stay and your beautiful property x

Summary: This modern home had everything we needed. The location was great as the streets are flat so itโ€™s an easy walk to the waves. The kitchen, dining and outside areas are great for socialising. Bedrooms are separate to each other. Three toilets were a bonus. A quick whip around, to remove the trinkets that decorate the home, may be needed if taking children under 3. We took our own safety gate for the stairs. Beautiful place!
