Summary: This is our second time staying at this beautiful property. We had a wonderful time. The home is on a quiet street, nicely appointed, well maintained, and very clean - it’s also close to many of the main Kiawah attractions and surrounded by beautiful bike/walking paths. We enjoyed being able to gather family together to enjoy a week at Kiawah and plan to stay here again, thank you for a great visit!

Summary: My family and I celebrated Thanksgiving at this beautiful home. It was clean, well appointed and was such a wonderful place to gather everyone for the holiday. The Vacasa staff were thorough and attentive and made us feel very welcomed. We enjoyed our stay so much we’ve already rebooked for next year, thank you!

Summary: Very clean and lovely home! Needs amenities like salt and pepper and beach towels. Directions to beach(by fire station) would have been helpful but property was great. Vacasa was great to work with and saved our trip! They get a 10!

Summary: We spent a little over a week in this beautifully appointed home. There was plenty of space for us and it was located on a quiet cul-de-sac. The screened in porch was our favorite area for enjoying coffee in the mornings. The kitchen and laundry could use a couple more necessities like extra trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry pods since we were staying for over a week. The coffee maker could also use a little upgrade but it did the job. The home was very clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Summary: The house was nice and comfortable but it was lacking in overall cleanliness. The kitchen was not well equipped. The coffee maker was old and still had grounds in it. The microwave was very small. We are also used to having a welcome packet with other rental properties but there was nothing. Dissatisfied with the service but again liked the property overall.

Summary: Alot of statements made about Covid cleaning and paid a substantial cleaning cost only to show up and find beds not made, no sheets or pillow cases and cob webs is corners of home. Kitchen had not been wiped down, to start vacation we had to start making calls, vacasa office was closed and no one available. We ended up wiping down all surfaces and found enough blankets to sleep. Even the propane grill cook surface had god knows what on it, likely used half a tank of propane to "kill off" whatever it was. The next morning a 9am phone call to obtain sheets and at 1PM had to call again as no one took care of the problems. Instead of wasting my family vacation time, we left. Sometime before 4pm sheets arrived. While house was a good layout and perfect for a family of 4 with 2 young adults the condition we found the house and the lack of action to resolve left us disappointed. Besides an extremely loud dehumidifier, everything else worked as advertised, except the cleaning company.

Summary: We loved our week at this beautiful vacation spot. The home was very clean and well decorated. The small screened-in porch is a nice outdoor space in a quiet setting. Master bath was beautiful. It's a short bike ride to the beach. We rented beach chairs and bikes. Highly recommend!

Summary: My husband and I had a wonderful time in this beautiful home and would definitely rent it again. The porch looks out at beautiful palm trees and the location is quiet and close to everything to do at Kiawah.

Summary: House was clean and nicely decorated. It had everything we needed and more. We ate all meals in the house, and the grill was a great! There are no words for that amazing shower (though the right side handles were broken). The location to the water is a bit of workout, but the bike ride there is gorgeous . Being behind the 2nd gate, gave us a quieter section of the resort to enjoy with less crowds. The only issue that caused concerns were a few cockroaches (we know SC has palmetto bugs, but these were different). One got in my daughter's bathing suit, so that was not a great day. We've just never experienced that before. But overall, it was a great week.
