Positive: Quiet little studio, in a very convenient location for us. Really well kitted out with everything required. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Communication with owners was prompt and helpful.Would love to stay again.
Negative: No sink in the kitchen area, but that was made clear in the description so it wasn't a surprise. Not a problem for us at all.

Positive: Hosts had left bread for breakfast, coffee, tea, milk and crockery for us to use. Everything was clean and tidy and the beds were very comfortable.
Negative: If I could change one thing it would be the wifi connectivity. While they pre-warn you it is going to be bad, the mobile signal is also very bad, so I was left with little to no signal while we were there. However, I only spent the evenings at the property so it wasn't too bad!
Summary: Excellent facilities, great hosts, private and secluded cute little getaway.

Positive: Having travelled by motorbike on one of the hottest days of the year, it was good to have somewhere easy to park, and then enjoy a cup of tea with real milk! Also enjoyed the unexpected cereals. Compact kitchen but generally plenty of space, really appreciated the fan. Good communication, and much nicer than staying in an hotel room! Can recommend The Kings Arms, about 200yds up the road, for good food.
Negative: Still not used to not meeting the owners where you can let yourself in with a keycode.
Summary: Lovely accomodation, very good facilities.

Positive: Clean, comfortable and ideal location for visiting family in Wheatley. Also for getting into Oxford town centre. Well stocked fridge /store cupboard for overnight. Good shower. Nicely decorated.
Negative: Instructions seemed complicated but all made sense once we were there and could see what was needed.

Positive: It was comfortable and well equipped and it has patio doors to a private garden we could sit out in to have breakfast. The bathroom has a walk-in shower which was ideal as I’m disabled. The property also has a ceiling fan and a free-standing electric fan which we found essential as the weather was very warm during our visit. The owner was very friendly and helpful.
Negative: We had trouble using the key code on the gate to access the property. However, the owner was happy to leave the gate open for us when we needed to get in.
Summary: Sunnyside annexe was ideally located for our planned excursions and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
